The food at cookout is always amazing but the costumer service at the Brainerd location was ridiculous. They got all pissy with us for getting our order wrong nor splitting our check correctly , and was making comments under their breathe. BABE THIS IS YOUR JOB. it’s also 12am, there is no need to have an attitude 🥲. After all that, then came to realization they didn’t give us straws.. it’s 12am the amount of places that are open are SLIM & an hour away from home. I will never go to this cookout again & they need some serious costumer service training.

Although there are no healthy options here, this place is one of the only places you can still go and the food is worth the money you pay for it.
I want to say the service here was outstanding, we were traveling from Covington ga to Nashville TN and stopped in here to grab some lunch. The service was probably the best service I've had from fast food in over 10 years. From taking the order, preparing, the order, getting everything correct, the way it was supposed to be and the way I expected it to be. The food was great.
Parking: The line can be extremely long after midnight. They’re open til I believe 3am

I don't live close to here but visit from time to time. As much as I love seeing the family I have in the area, getting a chance to go to Cook Out is a great bonus to coming down here. The food is fresh, tasty, affordable and the service is always pleasant. Please come to the St. Louis area soon.
