It doesn't make any sense that the number doesn't direct you to where you shop. Just a random customer service. I just drove across town to get food and was very specific in my request only to get all the way home and it's wrong instead of speaking to the cook out here I have to drive all the way back across town just to get a order fixed that should've been correct the first time

This Cookout has always been a reliable place to get some decent fast food. From burgers to BBQ sandwiches to Chicken Quesadillas, the food is always great and made fresh and quick to order. The milkshakes are amazing and if you ever have the urge to go into a diabetic shock, get their sweet tea. Their sweet tea is the epitome of 'southern sweet tea'. I'm sure the amount of sugar added is not clinically safe, but man is it good to wash the food down. Great and simple place, what more could be said?

Love the Cook Out on Brainerd Road in Chattanooga! For one thing, if you’re traveling through on I-24, this location is very easy to get to. For another, a fresh banana milkshake will last all the way to Monteagle, or well into north Georgia.
My first cook out experience! Honestly delicious food. I had liquid diarrhea immediately after eating here but I’d definitely still visit again! 🤪

My review isn't gonna change the fact that this place is hopping after midnight so you'd think that they're doing something right! Just what is it that's right? THE PRICE! You're not going to find fast food that's more competitive with the menu prices. Hands down! Pound for pound ! They're crushing the competition. Open til 3am! Flawless victory!

We had a very big order, they were super friendly and our order was perfect. Everything was hot and fresh. The milkshakes were delicious. They didn’t give us one of our trays and we went in and told them they didn’t argue but got us the tray we were missing. Very professional and super friendly.
