Paper thin beef patties, unripe tomatoes and a whole onion. Not appetizing and quite frustrating. We got DOUBLES. And this wasn’t even one. Our burgers were a single patty folded in half. I want my money back.

The place wasn't busy when we first arrived. Customer service is so so. All of the food is made to order, and given in take out containers. Our hamburgers were wrapped in foil. The Cheerwine float that I had was okay. The pricing is fair. Plan to spend about $10 per person.

Worst customer service experience I’ve had in years. Didn’t let us finish ordering all of our food items and when we got up to the window and told them this they shrugged and said it’s their “company policy” that they can’t add anything at the window but wouldn’t take responsibility for not letting us finish our order. Won’t be back can’t believe people can be this incompetent.

I only recently discovered this chain. My overall rating is 3 but against other fast food chains it would rate as a 4 (against its peers). It is more affordable than other fast food chains. The portions are smaller but the burger meat is very good...tastes more fresh or natural tasting... more similar to if you were cooking a burger on the grill at home.I will keep this place in mind and would go back.Stars:1 - terrible (rarely given)2 - below average3 - good, at or above average4 - excellent5 - favorite (rarely given)
One of the few fast food places that has stayed relatively affordable! I rarely dine in but the times I’ve been through the drive-through the line keeps moving. They have a hardworking team! My main complaint with this location is that they lack chip readers but mainly Tap-to-Pay options.
The food was delicious both granddaughters loved what they had as did I. Their cherry wine soda was yummy ?. Definitely a go to place. The service was also

Delicious food, I wish we had this up north. One of my favorite fast food places in the country, I would go very often if I could!! So many combo options, and for an extremely good price. Definitely recommend the peanut butter shakes.
