Charged my card twice on December 13th then made me pay cash for our meal because they said it didn’t go through after it said transaction approved two times please remove card. So a meal for 3 people has cost me $150. I have called for a refund and still not gotten a refund to my account. Called again tonight and got put on hold but can’t speak to a manager. Will never be back.
The food is consistently good. However, that store needs a serious cleaning. Our table had a very large wet/ dirty floor, probably an area over 3 foot in diameter. This was at our feet! The credit card scanner was grungy and is desperate need of wiping it down away well. The waiter did a good job.
We visited this location on a weekday 2 weeks ago. We have frequented this location many times before and always considered it a better Cracker Barrel. Food was overcooked and cold. We waited 35 minutes from time of order to food delivery. Unacceptable since it was 3 pm and resta urant was not busy!! Along with price increases, and less portions than when the restaurants came to our area, this is why Seniors aren't flocking to Cracker Barrel.
