Cheyenne was our waitress and took excellent care of us! We had the cinnamon rolls, country breakfast, and chocolate chip pancakes. The food is exactly what I expected walking into a Cracker Barrel, and I appreciate the quick service and decent meal while traveling. Would definitely recommend for breakfast.

Came in the other night for dinner (we’re out of town) and had a not good experience. The food was flavorless, and we could over hear the servers and cooks bad mouthing other customers and servers. Will not be returning to any Cracker Barrel after this. The only reason we would come back is our server. She was a delightful and cheerful person. We don’t know her name, but she was short with brown hair and bangs.

Phone in order for take out once a week, normally everything is great, this time not so good. Order the six tender meal received four and a half tenders, ten pieces of okra and 2 tablespoons of Mac and cheese . This wasn't normal. Called the store twice, left my name and number still haven't received a phone call back. Cashiers were great as always. And what food was in the box was hot

Portions are generous; food quality was good. Service was a little slow but not terrible.

We had ants crawling along the window sill next to our table which a few then ended up on our table. So we moved tables. Restaurant wasn’t busy as they had just opened. We informed the server. She told the manager about 30 min later. The manager went over and looked at them and that was that. Never apologized or anything. At first she didn’t see them until I told her y were coming from the window sill so I spoke to her. She still never said a word back. Very odd. The server was very nice though. Food was good except the hash brown casserole was dry like it had been sitting out awhile which was weird because the restaurant had just opened for the day. We usually have great experiences at Cracker Barrels. Just an off day I suppose. Another weird thing is our server had table scattered all over the place. What happened to the days of servers having a section? Seems like it would make life simpler and easier to manager for the server which ultimately would result in better customer service. Just a thought.

Our waitress was amazing. Learned that she actually lives in Alabama and works at a saw mill as a saw operator. The saw mill makes parts for the barrels for the bourbon industry. Sadly she said it is closing down.

The food was ok. Asked for medium rare got medium to medium well.

This is not the Cracker Barrel we grew up on. Food is bland, cooked as to what they want even after asking how you want it. The hash brown casserole and fried apples were always the favorite. Sadly, not anymore. Flavorless and just not as good. Hash brown portion was disappointing.

Server took us to a table, and it was still dirty. The next two were also still dirty. Finally found one that was .... ok. It was about 7:30 on a Sunday morning so there were very few customers. The scrambed eggs were wet and the pancakes were undercooked. Seems this location could use a new general manager.
