Wow. Service was slow as Christmas. No servers seen at one point and had to get the host to get us refills. My water glasses was 1/2 empty when the food arrived and then it was empty for most of the meal. My chicken and dumplings were luke warm, but I didn't say anything because I was too hungry for them to take back to the kitchen. Very sad experience.

I had the most delicious twist on a shepherds pie. They covered it on top with shredded hashbrowns and cheese and a dollop of sour cream and chives in the middle and it was just absolutely fabulous. The best part was the amazing roast beef underneath it all.

Take out. Very disappointed in the food. Side item of potatoes and gravy was left out of order. Meatloaf was cold and rubbery. Broccoli was almost raw. The green beans and cornbread were good.

Went there today around 12:30. Party of 3 with two of us ordering Strawberry cheesecake pancakes and the third ordering chicken fingers. The pancakes were tough and could barely be cut and the chicken fingers were a little undercooked. When we got our bill we went to pay and was told cash only as the machines were not working. There was no sign posted anywhere saying cash only and we had to leave and get cash to pay for the meal. Overall a very disappointing trip to the Cracker Barrel

I hardly saw the server. I finally had to flag down the host when I was ready for my check. The pancakes were tough. I had to use a knife to cut them. I loved the atmosphere!

Maybe it was just a bad day for Cracker Barrel, but the food was bad and the service was disappointing.
My brother in law got raw bacon, yes partially raw. My biscuits were black burnt on top. We waited and waited and waited AND waited then we finally got our very basic breakfast.

Well first let me say I've been a regular customer at this cracker barrel since it opened. This past visit was disappointing because first of all our waitress must have been new, she seemed very scatter brained. We were having dinner with friends and ordered salads as a side but the waitress didn't bring them until the whole order was completed. I had to ask for a refill of my drink and when she brought the food my wife's was not what she ordered as far as portion size and price. What she ordered was like $8.99 but what she brought was $13.99. I didn't realize this until she told me when we got in the car. We all four ordered some sort of chicken dish and the chicken was over cooked and dry. As far as the rest of the food, everything tasted good.
