We had lunch there. We had to wait for a while to get seated. Waiting time was usefully spent in their store and we could buy some interesting items. They have a variety of dishes on the menu. The food and service were good.

Cracker Barrel was at one time my favorite go to restaurant. You could visit any Cracker Barrel and receive the same great food and service and consistency. Now the quality of food is lower. Prices have increased 40-50% over the last few years and the quality of food, service has declined. This is a shame as they were on top.

This is my first time eating Cracker Barrel period. Ate here while on vacation from Atlanta, Ga. At first. The portion seemed a bit small but once I was done, that quickly changed. Tasted just as good as old fashioned southern cooking. Our server was great. The clerk was hilarious. I will be back in October for my next vacation!!!

I haven't actually had much interaction with employees so I can't really comment on that, we have only used to go services from here and out of our multiple times picking up from here we have yet to receive a whole correct order. Either something has been missing, wrong, or old and inedible. Getting in contact with them to correct the issue is a nightmare, which ultimately leads to it not being worth it. Save yourself the trip and travel the other way to the east ridge location where there isn't a need to get an issue corrected.

Seat 5 grown men at a 4 top and then when we ask to be seated at a 6 top to fit us all in, we are told we will need to be put on a wait list because they don’t have a server for that section. Can the server that was going to serve us not walk 5’ around the corner to the other table? I think stupid just runs in the water in Chattanooga. The manage doesn’t need to manage anything.
