The food is average on the overall. A little overwhelming to me…. too many folks so it’s definitely a good place in general, but that day I didn’t care too much for the food. I had a fantastic waitres that was very cheerful and attentive to her customers.

Portions were small, food was not fresh, I was served the wrong potatoes and when the server found out, she asked to take the wrong ones back. We haven't eaten at CB since. Even though there were only three or four tables seated, the foodservice took forever and was not fresh. Staff was gathered up in the doorway talking and laughing. Very disappointing to have to pay $65.00 for two people when the food and service are definitely not worth it.

Wow!!!! Out of all the cracker barrels i stop at all my travels I must say this has been the best prompt service everyone very polite on the spot offering to help i cannot say enough about this location. EXCELLENT!!!!

Miracle was an excellent server! We noticed Miracle helping other servers deleting food for large parties. We had a chicken finger meal and the cinnamon French toast. Everything was delicious! We were just passing through on I~75. We were taken back that this Cracker Barrel sold the typical drinks like soda, lemonade, milk, and water and even sold beer, wine, and a few drinks.

Our worst experience ever at a Cracker Barrel.
After waiting on a table we were seated then watched others be seated eat their food and leave. Our waiter said he was checking on our order but we continued to wait. He asked if we wanted to speak to the manager & we said yes. The manager showed up saying that he would check into our long wait. He then disappeared with our ticket we thought there would be a discount or something due delay of everything. He never came back just disappeared with the ticket. The ticket was reprinted by the waiter who was apologizing again. We had picked out several things to purchase from the country store BUT we refused to purchase anything after this experience. We left mad.
Every Tuesday we take our 5-year-old for cancer treatment.
Cracker Barrel is one of our picks for lunch or supper after leaving the hospital. We will NOT return to this Cracker Barrel. - This location received the full price for the meal that day but lost more because we did not do any shopping after the meal.
Every Tuesday for the near future as we leave the hospital will still be an irritation to us.
Our 5-year-old was telling everyone in the cancer clinic about our awful experience at the Shallowford Rd Cracker Barrel in Chattanooga TN.
Hope it was worth it.
