Pick up was for Catherine.. I’m a senior citizen bearded man who’s never been on your store before. The little girl up front who looked agitated, kept calling me Catherine, there ya go Catherine, have a good night Catherine, and laughing about it. But everyone was laughing and embarrassed for her for being so childish. I didn’t respond to her ignorance, just went on about my way.
cookies were delicious and all the employees were nice
I order my order online and when I got to the place they wouldn’t open the door I told them that I paid for my order and they just stared at me and turn off the lightsl literally I came late because the freeway entrance was closed so I had to look for another way, they should of atleast say something or give me the cookies, do better
The girls at the east Brainerd store are always so pleasant and nice! This is a high traffic store and they always give the best customer service. I tried the Dubai chocolate brownie yesterday and all I can say is Yum!
