Went into this location to purchase 4 trifle cakes. The person who took my order was polite. However she did not place my items in a bag or ask if I wanted a bag. So I left the location looking like a thief. This is not characteristic of Crumbl I have always had a pleasant experience and everyone has always been professional, so not bagging 4 trifle cakes didn’t make since.
safe to say i was very disappointed with my visit. for someone who comes to try the weekly flavors almost every well i can’t believe this. i went to go grab my mom a 3 pack because she loves the wedding cake and the cinnamon roll cookie. safe to say i will not be giving her these because of how horrible these look. i’m very disappointed after spending almost 10$.

I can really only speak for the East Brainerd location since that is the only place I go. But they're soooo kind. It's a warm environment even if cookies weren't baking. ^_^ I don't even mind just watching while waiting for my cookies on a busy day.
