Absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered. Only two tables in restaurant with three highschool/ college aged girls working who were more concerned with gossip and goofing around than the tables and customers. We've eaten here every time we've come in town for the Last 5 Years. We will not be going back.

We stopped in while visiting Chattanooga and were genuinely impressed. The Sigmund pizza was excellent—great flavor, great crust, and definitely something we’d order again.
What truly stood out was the service. Our server, Aaron, was friendly, professional, and took great care of us. Emma, though not our server, also made a strong impression with her sweet and calm presence. You don’t always find a team that works this hard and still shows genuine care for their guests—but this crew did exactly that.
For context—my wife is a 25-year professional server, consistently ranked among the top three in our county, and we’ve also owned a restaurant together in the past. So we both know how demanding this business is. I work in construction now, and I’ll tell you—restaurant work is harder. These folks showed out, and they earned our respect.
The only downside? The building itself. One bathroom was out of order, the fans weren’t working, and it was uncomfortably warm inside—at least 75+ degrees while it was over 80 outside. The place was clean, which matters a lot—but it definitely needs repairs and working A/C.
📣 To the owner: You’ve got gold in your kitchen and front of house. Your staff is creating a five-star experience in two-star conditions. Step up. Fix the basics—AC, fans, bathroom—and give your team (and customers) the environment they deserve.
👉 We gave four stars only because of the “atmosphere”(condition of the building ) category. The food and service? Easily five stars. In fact, the servers were the only reason the atmosphere didn’t feel worse. Their attitude, professionalism, and kindness carried the whole experience.
We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Chattanooga—but hoping the building catches up to the quality of the people inside it.

Has been years since we went to the crust. The lunch buffet was always awesome and the wife will bring the kids meet me for lunch while working during the week and we have a good time got to the point where we knew the owner Paul and as soon as you see me walking in or the guy back here making the pizzas they throw the pizza that I liked on.
Even after all this time the pizza is still the same and great as always. I've never necessarily been a fan of cracker crust pizza I always loved a good deep dish Chicago, but this pizza is still damn good packed with toppings and just loaded to the gills.
And if you do go check it out ask for Crust Dust. It's a sprinkle on of mixed spices that is wonderful and adds a great flavor profile to the pizzas.

The food was great, out side looked a little deceiving but the inside is nice, good atmosphere and good music. They only had tea and water which was weird but im sure it was only temporary. Overall great food and little restaurant.

Great pizza, especially if you like thin crust. We like to work it into our rotation just because it’s such a unique type of pizza. Kind of sweet with a crunch to the crust. I’ve heard they have a good lunch buffet, but we normally visit in the evenings. Highly recommended.

Not sure if this is a money laundering place or what, but its like gas station level pizza. Like seriously, ownership take a look at the pies you are putting out everyday. It is pretty nasty stuff and you should be ashamed
Great music, good choice in beer while still kid friendly. Would recommend to anyone to try the delicious foods they have. The employees go above and beyond!

Most amazing pizza! Great price! And wonderful service! Thanks
Love thin crust so tried here. Pizza was fine. Not my personal favorite but good. My favorite is thin cracker not just thin but I can't fault them for that).. the low rating is because despite having a steady flow of orders clearly coming in for pickup, and having people in the dining room, there was only one person on staff. Not one server. Not one cook. One person doing everything on a weekend evening. By no fault of the employee, things took longer. Having worked in a pizza joint, this place seems like it could be really cool, but they need to staff it better. One person is not cool.
Had a great experience! The food was delicious, and the service was even better. Maddie took care of us and was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our meal. She made sure we had everything we needed and made the whole experience enjoyable. Definitely coming back!
