I found this place while on a work trip and so glad I did! The cupcakes I got were delicious, satisfied my chocolate craving I had been having for days. The vibes inside were great and the staff were so nice, and put a smile on my face after a very long hard day. Will absolutely be coming by every time I’m in town for work and can’t recommend this place highly enough

This place is amazing. I originally found the Cupcake Kitchen on Doordash. Placed 3 or 4 orders and loved every cupcake I tried. Then a couple weeks ago I was walking downtown and saw their store front. Needless to say I walked out with 6 cupcakes and a dozen of their Melt away cookies. These cookies remind me of my mom's baking during the holidays. Thank you for a wonderful nostalgic experience. I will definitely be back often!!
I got a chocolate raspberry cupcake, it was delicious! The lady at the counter was very nice and helped me pick out a cupcake. Would visit again.

I was on the hunt for carrot cake in Chattanooga and had heard that Cupcake Kitchen, Federal Bakery, and J Alexander's had the best. So, I got all 3. And I gotta tell you - Cupcake Kitchen takes the cake! The cake itself was fluffy and perfectly spiced, and the frosting was just right. We also liked J Alexander carrot cake (though it was a bit heavy on the coconut, not a normal ingredient for carrot cake), but if you're looking for a traditional carrot cake in cupcake format, Cupcake Kitchen is the winner by leaps and bounds!

I absolutely love The Cupcake Kitchen! Every time I come, I’m blown away by how fresh and flavorful everything is. My personal favorites are the Italian Cream Cake and the Almond Raspberry – they are pure perfection. I also can’t get enough of their Wedding Cake flavor. This time, I branched out and tried the German Chocolate Brownie, and it was just as amazing as I hoped. Honestly, I don’t think they make a single thing that isn’t delicious.
The shop itself is super cute inside – cozy, welcoming, and always spotless. There’s never a long wait, and the staff are so friendly and helpful with recommendations. It’s the kind of place that makes you smile the moment you walk in.

The cream horn was magnificent. Crunchy, flaky pastry, rolled in sugar with a not too sweet filling. My husband laughed when I said WOW 3 times while I ate it. We also got a couple of cupcakes and a cookie sandwich that were delightful. We would love to go there again, but we're from out of state. Thank you for the yummy goodness.

Amazing!! I’m not usually a big cupcake person but these were phenomenal. They achieve great, unique flavors without compromising on texture - super moist and delicious.
These ladies blew me away with my entire experience. It says they open at 10 am and they opened the business at exactly that time, not after. Not only are the cupcakes and sweets out of this world delicious, their customer service is second to none!!!
