Crazy how they say I. Drive thru the ice scream machine been down since 12 but my bud got his ices deliver to him litlery a 45 min ago form the same place crazy

Went inside during a time with no rush and ordered a cheeseburger meal deal (plain cheeseburger) and a four piece chicken strip basket. Waited 30 minutes in the dining room before going up and asking for our food because a few other customers got theirs before us and had more complicated orders. A worker said, “I think it’s cheating to ask for your food ahead of time” when we’d been there for 30 minutes. Wow! The front of house worker was very kind and gave us two blizzard vouchers as compensation.

Whoever was working the drive thru 8PM on July 21.
Tried to order and her response was she’s “kind of busy” Had a rude and nasty attitude so we left.
The vanilla moo latte is super good!🤍🤎 Pretzel sticks are sooo good & addictive and less than $4!! Yum!😋Nice hours that are sometimes open past other restaurants. 💗

Came to this location tonight at 1030pm and the workers tried to tell me they were closed. Then wanted to lock the doors after I walked out and give dirty looks.

Slow and incompetent. Waited 45 min for food I never got. Asked for a refund and it took another half hour due to incompetence. If I was the owner, everyone except the woman cooking food should be fired.

We came in at 9:50 pm and ordered ice cream and some food. We got the ice cream fairly quickly but the food never came. When I finally asked about it nobody knew where it was and asked who took our order. This is not a place where people worked together as a team. Such an unorganized mess including the dirty tables around the place. Employees cussing and not working efficiently at all. Took 15-20 min to get our refund after an hour not getting our food. Not sure why we needed to take a number. This was a mess and we will not be back!

Ordered a banana split and the bananas were rotten and black. They also put little or no toppings on. I also ordered a pup cup and it was the size of condiment cup. This is sad for such a store such as DQ. I will promise you will not get my business nor my friends.

I just went to the DQ on gunbarrel Road in Chattanooga, TennesseeI went at 10 o'clock at night. Not ideal for getting fresh food I know, but every bit of my food was cold the hamburger and fries. The hamburger was so cold the cheese did not melt.Do better DQ.!!

This is my second review on this locations blizzards! Ordered 2 large blizzards- one heath bar, one butterfinger. The heathbar blizzard was pretty full and very watery. The butterfinger blizzard was only filled to 3/4 of the cup. When I asked if they could add more to the butterfinger blizzard they told me no, that was the exact amount it was supposed to be, even though there was clearly a difference in the amount of ice cream that was in the cups between the 2 blizzards purchased. I have come to the conclusion that this is a criteria set by corporate if what they said was true. So the pictures of blizzard cups filled to the top are false advertising. The days of purchasing them like that are gone as well although you are charged a ridiculous amount for them. Then to top it off we got a bad attitude from not one but THREE teenage employees when we were questioning this. As I was eating this blizzard and was about halfway down I discovered it became nothing but plain vanilla ice cream. I am not sure who responds with the same response to every review on this - if it is corporate or the actual owner of the store. Regardless the standard reply clearly shows that Dairy Queen does not take valid customer complaints seriously, especially if corporate office is addressing these and not the owner of this store. The way those kids acted yesterday was an awful representation of Dairy Queen. If a franchise owner is responsible for this store they should be responsible for responding to the reviews and to be able to get the realistic feedback on their business. It’s their livelihood - they should know the quality of the food walking out of the door and the behavior of their staff at all times!

I won't ever step foot in a dairy Queen again. Terrible management and no respect for customers. I was a previous employee and will NEVER tolerate that disrespect again.
