Dave & Buster’s Chattanooga

It is always late delievry.Today I had incidence that I kept irder in door dash ar 8 pm from the doordash.We have waited so long but no response.Then I went to the store and they took anither 45 min to make order.I always had a bitter experience with this restaurant especially in delivery.I hope they will work on delivering fast deliveries.

Fun time with friends. Enjoy the game selection they usually have. The more recent time I went though, they unfortunately did have some games unavailable to play which was a bummer.

Ive come here 3 times now, and I wanted to get a few experiences before handing out the review. 3 times in a row I’ve had cold food, uninspired service, dirty games, etc.

The general feel when I’ve come here is that there’s no expectation being placed on leadership to manage the experience and the expectation of guests. I’ve seen reply comments from Dave and Busters on the reviews saying to fill out a form, or they just apologize to the patron. The issue with that is that it skirts responsibility. Yes, you may smooth over the upset customer, but what are you actually changing with how this particular location is managed? How have I had 3 bad experience, months apart, with consistent issues?

It has come to a point where Dave and Busters needs security, they need inspired employees, and they need change in leadership. It no secret in this community (Chattanooga) that Dave and Busters is no more than an adult Chuck E Cheese with the near same issues you’d expect with a bunch of toddlers running around. Get it together, show you care by more than just replies to comments.

My fiancé and I came to Dave and Busters for a big celebration. We ordered the $10 wings and some fries and chips and salsa for an appetizer, she ordered the $5 margaritas and I asked for sparkling water which is usually out of the fountain. The chips and salsa took quite some time to come out, it was extremely underwhelming. There were barely any chips and for 7$ it wasn’t worth it so we sent it back. The food came out and the wings were decent. We paid extra $3.99 for fries and it seemed to
Be a kids portion. The food was hot, wings could’ve used more sauce but they were good. It came with one small portion cup half full of ranch each. So my partner asked for two more ranches. After I read the rules for the wings it was supposed to 10 wings and 2 ranches. But when we got the bill they charged for both, when I questioned it our server said “they won’t make it unless I charge for it” I was also shocked to see that my carbonated water was a 3.50 charge for club soda, which should’ve been mentioned. My glass was never refilled and our server was more focused on cleaning and resetting the dining area than making sure we were good. Overall the experience wasn’t good, and we were dissatisfied with service and the lack of care. It was like fast food experience inside a restaurant.

It wasn't as good as some of the other locations.

Our second visit to this place we only came back because thats the only place that has arcade and our son can enjoy,little we know that this place is nasty and no body cleans or sanitize any thing on top of that we found a glass of moldy alcohol sitting on the game that my son was playing. Management all they could do was apologize, you think after what i saw i will let my son come back here??? The they would not refund us for the card we had just got that day and we only played one game.....i dont think this place is safe for children, be aware please!!

Tons of fun, food is solid, not amazing, but solid.
