Tried to get a table with the host, she didn’t even greet us, or acknowledge us and was just on her phone the whole time so we just left.

First time eating here and it was absolutely delicious! My ribs fell off the bone and the winds had such great flavor. Service was outstanding! Not one employee walked past us and didn’t stop to see if we needed anything!!! 10/10 recommend!

Got on the high score board twice! Love this place!

This place is hideous. They sell you Play cards and don't mention that you can do any Eat and Play Combo for $5 more. Then you take your Play card and see the offer in the restaurant but they make it very difficult to upgrade to the Eat and Play Combo. Very disgusting customer service and very deceptive marketing. Theyre hoping you just don't see the Combo offer and overpay for their second rate overpriced food.

I have to say, this is the 3rd try we have given this place since it opened. They have never disappointed, each time was worse. This time, host, who I had to hunt down to be seated after waiting nearly 10 minutes gave us a menu with a combo special that wasn’t available. The waitress didn’t apologize, instead she chose to be snotty about it. A couple got food, I have made shrimp in my air fryer at home from Walmarts frozen section that was better. At one point walking on the game floor an employee abruptly stopped to check his phone, I was talking to one of our party and they walked into the back of him. I have to say, the one person who was from the Huntsville store helping was the only bright spot in an otherwise complete waste of money and time. 3 strikes you are out.

From the start, I spoke with Mindy over the phone who was helpful in getting everything scheduled for my daughter's birthday. The manager Zachary and the entire staff were so kind and helpful.They were ready for us as soon as we arrived! That was awesome! Also, the waitress that worked my event was also great! She didn't miss a beat! The food was delicious as well! My daughter's birthday celebration was so much fun! We will definitely return! Thank you Dave and Buster's!

Very slow service. Sat at bar for prob 5 mins before anyone came out and still did not even speak to me for another couple mins.

Booking was simple and then modifying the booking was easy too. We sat away from the arcade so it wasn't loud where we were. Kids had a blast!

The arcade is fun, but they are extraordinarily rude on the phone in regards to inquiries regarding lost and found items.

Feel free to walk in and get a game card without making a reservation, that's only for the diner. We had a great time with the games. Five stars for all that, but the diner... fantastic service, gf food was fantastic, mine, not so much. When you spend $20 on wings, you expect at least 7-15wings and that's pushing it on the expensive side. I got five......... five bone in buffalo wings and some fries, for $20 is outrageous. And they made my stomach very upset later that day. Tasted good though, but hard to enjoy at $4 a wing.

It was our first time using the app, and our first time at Dave & Buster's. Both was good, and at DnB I had misunderstood something I read (totally my fault) but the manager went ahead and made it up to me. Nothing to make up, but still went above and beyond for us. She was very nice and very respectful, she is a great representative for her profession.

Took the family as my young grandson wanted to go for his birthday. Our server was great he took great care of me and my family guiding us through the best value to be able to enjoy food and games. Food was good we had one of everything off the eat play menu and all was good. I definitely would recommend this location to families looking for a good meal and fun family outing.
