Great way to order from your favorite restaurant with accuracy of order and pick up from a delivery service in the Chattanooga and surrounding area. Very few errors through the years and although you pay to add the service it's worth the add if you want to order in.

Order food and it doesn't show up in the time frame or at all. They don't answer the phone that they themselves provide for you to call. Jason Kemp and his entire family are racists.

Terrible experience. We ordered gluten free pasta and paid the surcharge. Dinner delivered placed the order for regular pasta and when we called Dinner Delivered support line, we were on hold for an hour and a half until they closed. No way to communicate with this business and we went to bed hungry. If I could have given them 0 stars, I would have.

Horrible!!!!! I would give a 0 if it would let me. I placed my order with Dinner Delivered because I couldn't find the restaurant on Door Dash. Door Dash was sent the order and delivered my order anyway. I have Dash Pass so I don't pay delivery fees but got charged several fees anyway even though Door Dash delivered it instead of Dinner Delivered. And they couldn't even get the order right!!!! Dinner Delivered is awful!!

We’ve been ordering through DD for years but ever since they updated the website, we haven’t had one positive experience. (And embarrassingly we do takeout 3-4 times a week.) The food is either EXTREMELY late (2 hours, one time), cancelled last minute, or being delivered via bicycle (we’re not in NYC, people). Unfortunately we’ve decided to stop using it altogether given we’ve had about 10 bad experiences in a row. Such a shame, too!

For the third time in a row my experience with Dinner Delivered was very poor. They are very slow to deliver (over an hour for a restaurant less than a mile away) and 2 out of the last 3 times I’ve used them they’ve cancelled my order because they don’t keep their partner restaurant information up-to-date. I’m still waiting on my money to be refunded from those transactions.

They have had the worst delivery since they have changed their format. Everytime within the past 3 months food has been delivered 2 hours late. The only redeeming quality is the customer service, they fully refund if unsatisfied with the service.

Placed my order on hour ago. Just got a notifcation the order has been cancelled. A FULL HOUR! The food should have been delivered in 10 minutes. I have ordered from dinner delivered 2-3 a week straight for over 6 years. They recently sold - and stop telling us you didn't when my texts are coming from florida and door dash is leaving my food in the wrong place which is why I pay your upcharge and fee and high tip. Dinner delivered used to be amazing and I paid for the fact it was amazing. They sold out and now the new ownership is completely terrible. If I wasn' t home due to an injury I would cut them out completely and will be doing that soon. Your service has become terrible, you are an embarrassment and I feel bad for the people left in your wake after selling out. I hope you enjoy your house on Signal Mountain!

New website has come with significant decline in value. Website is allowing orders to closed restaurants with no updates as to what is happening with the order stuck just past review, then a 20 minute hold through the ONLY method of communication? No thanks.

We ordered from here for years and spent a lot of money. Lately, they are always late or cancel your order right when you are expecting the food, giving you no time to figure out anything else for dinner. Their customer service will not provide any other explanation and only say “sorry .” Absolutely, unacceptable business behavior and service.

They are always late and changing their delivery times. After I get this order I just ordered and after being late at least 5 times, I am cancelling my account with them.
