They manipulate the tracker to make it look like the orders go out on time when they don't. This is because management is dishonest and lazy and wishes to avoid audit by corporate. When we called in and brought this to the managers attention after waiting an hour for a pizza that the tracker stated was already delivered, we were told that we were being abusive and she hung up on us. We were not disrespectful in any way but she became extremely defensive and reacted the way a guilty person would before hanging up on us. I truly hope corporate sees this and audits the recording of the phone call and fires the spineless manager who is swindling them. Also the pizza was cold so she WAS obviously lying.

4 times I have been a customer of this location. Twice as a delivery customer and was disappointed on how long the service took and the quality of the product on delivery. Twice as a pickup customer. One time it was delivered on time and the product was pretty good. Today was my fourth visit and my last. It took 40 minutes between ordering online and when I walked out with my pizza. I arrived twenty minutes after I ordered and the app told me it was put in the oven five minutes ago. I waited fifteen minutes and it still wasn’t done. I noticed my pizza in the top oven as it came out, but it was pushed back in three times while other orders were completed. Five minutes later I finally had my order and no apology for the time it took. I will never order from this location again and based on other customers waiting on their order too with similar experiences, I bet there will be many customers agreeing with me.

BUYER BEWARE - WAITED OVER AN HOUR - PIZZA TASTED LIKE COLD STALE CARDBOARD:Ordered my Pizza tonight at 5:36pm. Arrived at 5:40pm (4 minutes later). I asked them how long I needed to wait? They said I was 4th in line. it will be out shortly. I waited for over an hour. At 6:43pm, I asked them how much longer until our pizza would be ready? They asked me what time I placed my order? I showed them the email receipt marked at 5:36pm. They said sometimes it takes over an hour to make the pizzas. I asked them why their cash register screen says the current wait time is 10 to 15 minutes? I placed my order at 5:36pm, walked in at 5:40pm, then waited until 6:43pm (I had been waiting for over an hour). They had no answer and no apologies. They said it was my fault for not saying something sooner. So I apologized to them for doing business with them in the first place. In the end, their pizza tasted like cold stale cardboard.Parking: DO NOT USE THEIR CURBSIDE PICKUP:We tried using their curbside pickup but it does not work. They will not bring the pizza out to you. They said it was my fault for trying to be polite and wait. I should have said something sooner. To me, that is poor customer service. I would never treat my clients that way. I would have apologized to them, refunded their payment, and given them a free pizza voucher (saying the next pizza is on the house). It takes a lot longer to EARN customers' trust than it takes to LOSE customers' trust.

I received my order undercooked and I called the store to have my order remarked and the lady that talked to me told me that next time I should order my food well done because the wings are cooked like that and the pan pizza is also like that . I’m pregnant and I have two little kids at home, undercooked chicken can transmit salmonella and those wings were awful, and the pan pizza was disgusting and raw the only thing that was good was the cheese hand tossed pizza.I love dominos and I have never had that issue before, I will never order again there
I like the food but I’m disappointed in the new point system, before I would earn a free pizza every two times I ordered and now i have to spend $75 six times to get a free $7 pizza. And this emergency pizza thing doesn’t even work it says tap the glass it doesn’t do anything when you tap it. Just

Did a online order at 8pm go to pick it up at 8:45pm thinking maybe there was something going on with the app because it wasn’t showing my order being prepared get there tell them my name and they look at each other like they don’t know who I am so I’m confused it’s been 45mins for a pizza ? , they said oh it’s still on the screen so I just cancelled my whole order, so disappointing!

Ordered a single topping medium pizza, over 1.5hrs ago. I called 30 minutes ago, said it was ready for delivery, and it just left for delivery. Still waiting on it…2hrs now. No pizza. And according to the app, the driver went back to the store and left again.
