I am a DoorDash driver, and upon arriving to pick up my order, I was informed that I needed to obtain my own drinks. This situation is confusing, as our app indicates that the order is ready, yet if I have to prepare the drinks myself, I question how the order can be considered ready. Additionally, the staff members who communicated this to me were quite rude.
In the future, if I receive an order from this location while dashing in the area, I will choose not to accept offers from this establishment.

I was treated with disrespect and made fun of for ordering a chicken quesadilla. They laughed at me and called me horrible names such as loser, stink face, and chicken boy.

I went to dos bros they are really good
But here at this location which I’ve been before was just horrible experience.
They skimp you on the food and then when I ask for a lil more toppings catch an attitude.
I asked for more sour cream because I got a little line and that wasn’t enough. I get so more attitude then they hit be with more sour cream is going be extra. Never have I heard that from them or any other place. It’s not on the menu that that’s an extra charge either. The manager was rude and hateful. I will never be coming back to dos bros y’all need to train and do better with y’all stores cause customer service was not it.

Our credit card was run through twice although we only purchased a single order. We disputed the double charge and received no acknowledgment of wrongdoing or refund. I suspect this store is employing a dishonest cashier. We will not be returning to this store even though we have been there many times in the past.
Awesome service!
Good food at fair prices. A little cheaper than a Chipotle but you get decent portions. Fast and Friendly staff.
