Ms Lorraine Carter, GM of this Dos Bros location runs the best store in Chattanooga. Her restaurant is clean, her service is incredible, and the food is a 10/10! We need more workers like Ms Lorraine. Go ahead and give her promotion and a raise. This type of performance is rare in the service industry. Signed a very happy customer.

My mom placed an online order for us earlier today. My food was extremely watery and cold also the portions are terrible. Which is kinda crazy bc i got there early and essentially watched them make it. This location has consistently went down hill over the years. Management is terrible the employees are children who don’t want to work and have attitudes as well.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Lorriane, the store manager. I accidentally ordered the wrong item through DoorDash and reached out to my dasher for help. Lorriane quickly stepped in and corrected my order without any hesitation. The food was fresh, and the customer service was outstanding. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness!

I was in line and I saw a lady come in to pick up a to go order and the younger lady, possibly a newer employee, asked the name and grabbed the order and went to hand it off to this woman. It was not busy, I was the only one in the store and was already ordering. The older lady taking my order snapped on the young girl for not making to go lady walk down to the other end of the line by the register to pick the order up. I understand that may be the policy but the way she told this young employee was rude, and condescending. That poor girl was embarrassed and it made me uncomfortable and probably the lady with the to go order too. There is a way to speak to people and that is not it. This was Tuesday evening 9/2/2025 at around 7:45PM.

Price to food ratio is much better here than likes of Chipotle, Moe’s or Willy’s. Online ordering was easy and the food we received was adequate. The only issue was we ordered nachos but the chips came on the side.

Super small portions. Like 3 strips of lettuce small. Better off ordering ahead from a real restaurant for the price, you’ll get more value

Very disappointed I go there all the time I asked for more cheese and my bowl and she told me they don’t have no more They’re waiting on their truck to come I didn’t know that was my problem I asked for more cheese and she put just a little bit very dissatisfied

My husband and I frequent every single Dos Bros location. We’ve been fans since we moved to the area for college. This location has consistently been the worst one. They are stingy with portions and there wasn’t much foot traffic, which we felt was reflected in the quality of our food. It looked and tasted like the food had sat out and it didn’t taste like the typical Dos Bros flavors we love. The service was lacking as well, with employees that barely speak to you. We have given it multiple tries hoping it would be better, but we’ve learned our lesson and will be going to the Camp Jordan location from now on.

Honestly food is pretty good, when its fresh. Customer service is crap though. Employees tend to be on the rude side and if they are in a bad mood, you know.

Exceptional customer service with Lorraine! I always have the best experience here and the food is amazing!! Highly recommend
