Ms Lorraine Carter, GM of this Dos Bros location runs the best store in Chattanooga. Her restaurant is clean, her service is incredible, and the food is a 10/10! I had a wonderful experience thanks to Lorriane, the store manager. I accidentally ordered the wrong item through DoorDash and reached out to my dasher for help. Lorriane quickly stepped in and corrected my order without any hesitation. The food was fresh, and the customer service was outstanding. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness!
I was in line and I saw a lady come in to pick up a to go order and the younger lady, possibly a newer employee, asked the name and grabbed the order and went to hand it off to this woman. It was not busy, I was the only one in the store and was already ordering. The older lady taking my order snapped on the young girl for not making to go lady walk down to the other end of the line by the register to pick the order up.
