Downtown Dough Chattanooga

This place was great! My family of 5 adults and 2 toddlers came in after going to the Aquarium across the street and needed a place for dessert with something for everyone. Ice cream, edible cookie dough, and coffee…….great variety if you are looking for a quick dessert fix.

Great place to stop while out and about in chattanooga. They have delicious coffee and pastries, and offer great options for people with dietary restrictions. It's also very affordable!

We aren't local to the area but stopped in on a weekend trip and the customer service was excellent!! The cookie dough is next level good and our only regret is not purchasing more! The ice cream was super yummy too! We will be back when we visit!

Skip the chains and visit this great local shop! My kids loved the cookie dough and ice cream and I was really surprised to find KET0 cookie dough here! They also have much more affordable priced souvenirs compared to the aquarium.

No trip to Chattanooga is complete without a trip to Downtown Dough… located just across the street from the Aquarium. I

If I could give zero stars I would! The owner was the most rude person! She must be a little off because I have not experienced anything like this. I walked in with my husband and my 86 year old mother to get hot chocolate and snacks. As we waited on the line my mother needed the restroom which required a code to enter. After waiting 10 minutes, I asked the owner for the code and she said somebody was in there. So I waited another 10 minutes soon realizing nobody was in there. Two ladies in front of me also said they saw a man walk out of the bathroom. So my husband asked for the code again and this time she said OK sure. Then two minutes later she said I need to let you in. We waited another few minutes and then she looked at me and asked, “Are y’all customers?” I responded, “ Yes we are.” Then in an angry tone she said , “ Y’all need to be patient!” I did not appreciate her tone so I added,” if we weren’t customers would you not let a senior citizen in the restroom??” she flipped out started pointing her finger toward the door and said we needed to leave. And we did! And so did the two other ladies waiting in line in front of us. They were just as shocked as we were by the owners behavior!
