My father in law and I tried Dub’s place for the first time last week. Everything was excellent! I had the pimento cheese burger all the way and my father in law had the special parmesan chicken sandwich. We met the owner. Who personally came out to make sure everyone had what they ordered. We will be back!

Dubs is an awesome diner with great food and bbq in Chattanooga! We talked with the owner, Jordan, who smokes all of the meat outside for ~15 hours and you can tell. They hand cut their fries and have that good dense soft serve you don’t see anymore at ice cream spots!! I would definitely recommend the pork plate with fries, cole slaw, and baked beans.

There’s something very nostalgic and lovely about an old school diner, so I’d definitely check this place out if you are passing through the Red Bank area!!

This is a cute little local spot with good home-style food. The parking was easy today (not always the case when they're busy), and our meals were good. The price might be a bit on the high side, but we still keep coming back. Very nice people here too.

The shakes are great. The burger not so much. I got chili on my burger and it tasted like it came out of a can. I should have just stuck with the bacon cheeseburger. The restrooms are a little weird. They're outside. Be careful though. There's a whole in the wall by the light switch where if you put your phone through it you can see someone in the neighboring restroom doing their business. Probably not the best design decision. Would I go back? Definitely.

We stopped in for the first time today. The atmosphere is great. It’s a busy little place. Be prepared to wait a bit, but it’s worth the wait. My husband had the chopped bbq plate, coleslaw and baked beans. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, fries and a side of slaw. Their ice cream deserts looked great too, but we were too FULL to try them out. The only complaint we both agreed on was the music was a bit loud inside. We couldn’t carry a conversation very well. On that note, we discovered tables out back we might try next time. We’ll be back. 👌👌

Let me start by saying we've been coming to Dubs for 20 years. Tonight we stopped in for an early dinner, ordered a baked potato and what they're calling chicken tenders. It took 40 minutes to get our order being the only ones in the restaurant. While combining the potatoes ingredients, we find a huge black screw. The kids working here acted like it was no big deal that a screw they say fell out of the ceiling into a customer's food and offered to remake the potato. No thanks!!!! The tenders were small pieces of what was once a tender. This place has gone all the way downhill, save your money and time.

I have received Jordans copy and paste response now 3 times. No thanks.

I have attached a photo of what these people are calling food.

Went today 10/24/25 for a bite to eat. We are waiting a little bit for the food and a young gentleman brings it out. Now at this time my mind was everywhere while dealing with my sick father who is in the hospital down the street. Anyways I get the dub spuds with chicken, I go to stir it all together and when I go to get my bite I hit something hard with the fork and go to pull it out and it’s a big black screw. I understand things happen. I’ve worked in food industry before, but NEVER have I seen a big black screw in my food that could have killed me. I go to take it back and the behavior was very nonchalant like it wasn’t a big deal. The blonde girl with glasses ask me of if I just want them to remake it for me. I said no. If you find a screw in your food would you want it remade. NO I told her my dad was in the hospital and just to give me my money back. I spent $30 and some change and got back $13. I left and then called to see if the owner is there or if he was there when it happened cause I didn’t see him and she was very rude about saying that he wasn’t. I’ve been coming her since I was a little girl and the way I was treated and the way they behaved about it is ridiculous. A CHILD was sitting behind us and all I can think about is what if it was him and he ate it and it hurt him? With the way the staff acted, the wouldn’t care. Health department will be called Monday as soon as they open.

Dub's is our dog Snoopy's favorite place to hang out. He gets a whipped cream pup cup and we get the pimento and smoked chicken sandwich. The food and ice cream here is amazing and the staff is really friendly. This place is a must-visit local gem
