Nice folks here but I'm certain there was short cuts or improper training in place.
I was apprehensive about getting coffee here but gave it a chance given that there was a very clean espresso machine behind the register.
My latte (an espresso drink) was made with cold brew.
Figured that was a one-off and my wife's macchiato was made with cold brew.
$11 for espresso drinks, we got cold brew.
Staff was friendly, donuts looked good but the coffee....well, seems to be cold brew only.
So what is the Espresso machine for?

We chose to have donuts as our wedding dessert (prepared by Duck Donuts in Chattanooga) and we couldn’t be happier with that decision. Blake was incredibly kind and easy to work with, the donuts received rave reviews from our guests, and we loved the variety of flavor options for everyone. Oh. My. Goodness!! The donuts are amazing!! They were even better than Krispy Kreme which we also love! The donuts are made completely from scratch as they are ordered. The toppings are varied and amazing!! The Maple with Bacon was my favorite along with any of them with apple on it. Just DELICIOUS!!!

We decided on having donuts catered at our wedding instead of cake and where they were from wasn’t even a question, let me tell you it was an absolute hit Blake the manager I believe was absolutely amazing so helpful with answering all our questions and keeping us updated and even let us place our order through text! I would highly recommend fhis location for any needs from just a sweet tooth to event catering Blake and his team at duck donuts are the way to go!

I am providing detail so the "owner" can quit trying to have an honest review deleted or bribe me into changing my review.
Food: I ordered one dozen donuts with 2 Oreo donuts, 2 strawberry sprinkle donuts, and the remaining plain glazed. These were purchased at 5:37PM EST. The donuts were not worth the cost and are almost 1.5x chain competition cost. Honestly, I'd pay to have frozen donuts from the competition over duck donuts. They had a sour cream like consistency and were quite dense. No real flavor to them. After returning home and opening the box, a good majority of the donuts had literally stuck to the bottom of the box (not the glaze but the donut itself) . I'm not sure if this is due to the type of box used or the donut not cooling enough before placing in the box. My son, who loves almost any kind of donut, did not like them and didn't finish the donut he started.
Service: Not good. I was expected to understand the menu as if I'd been there before. They didn't repeat my order back to me. I was nice and tipped (tipping culture is out of hand nowadays). Unfortunately, tipping didn't get my order right. Upon receiving my order, after waiting 15 minutes for the donuts to be made, they presented the donuts with no strawberry sprinkles and one less Oreo donut than I ordered. The staff added the sprinkles (getting them also on the glazed donuts) but told me I only ordered one Oreo donut. My six year old was the one who pointed out the mistakes, not me. I didn't press the issue, got my donuts, and left. You'd think it would be pretty easy to fix though, right? Long wait for subpar donuts.
Atmosphere: All staff was in the back room playing on their phones except one worker who was putting the batter in the donut maker. No smiles with a long wait.

We had a Chamber Networking for 200 people at our America’s Home Place office and we served Ducks Donuts and coffee. It was a great event! The donuts were a hit! The coffee stayed hot too! Thanks Blake and staff for having it all ready at 7am!
