I had the fortune of being served by Eric who was manning the truck alone while being bombarded by a line that stretched into the Shady’s Corner Bar. Eric lent me advice - and for a brief moment - gave me a shoulder to lean upon (verbally). Eric’s service alone takes this truck to five (5) stars.

I was in Chattanooga and this place came up on a food search. It’s a little food truck behind another restaurant. We had loaded tenders DC style and chicken tenders and a smash burger. The fries tenders were awesome, but the burger was life-changing. I will be back for this burger every chance possible.
