I had the fortune of being served by Eric who was manning the truck alone while being bombarded by a line that stretched into the Shady’s Corner Bar. Eric lent me advice - and for a brief moment - gave me a shoulder to lean upon (verbally). Eric’s service alone takes this truck to five (5) stars.

The food is good too.

I was in Chattanooga and this place came up on a food search. It’s a little food truck behind another restaurant. We had loaded tenders DC style and chicken tenders and a smash burger. The fries tenders were awesome, but the burger was life-changing. I will be back for this burger every chance possible.

We stopped here on a road trip looking for something quick and better than chain fast food, and it was a great choice. The smash burger and cowboy burger were both delicious, with the cowboy being my favorite. The jalapeño mac and cheese bites were good but not very spicy. Since it’s a food truck, seating is outside at picnic tables at Shady’s Corner, but I enjoyed it. Definitely recommend!
