I usually go in the am on my way to work but today I decided to stop by for a dunkin energy after work. The guy at the window made my day honestly. He asked me how my day was going. In the mornings the drive thru line is usually too long for pleasantries. I’ll definitely be back in the evening again. No matter what time of day I go, my order is always perfect and ready quickly after ordering. Thank you broad street location for being so friendly.

The service at this Dunkin Donuts is the worst. It seems like they are too busy with their personal lives to wait on you. Feel unwelcome and not like a valued customer. My orders have been wrong several times and they didn't seem to care. Will not be going back to this Dunkin Donuts. Very disappointing because I do like the food.

I stop at Dunkin at least twice a day every day! I definitely have to give recognition to the Broad Street location EVERY single time I go there my coffee is perfect. I order the same thing The same way every timeand I’ve ordered them all over Chattanooga, but this location is the only one that gets it right every single time and the people are amazing. I literally drive out of my way to go to that Location when I live on the other side of town and have one two blocks from my house!

Not all the time but a few times. They act like you are bothering them to place your order . And they never put their pumps all the way down. I order the same coffee at six other Dunkins but this one I have to ask for double my flavor pumps because of this issue
