I have quite literally never experienced blatant disrespect and rudeness for no reason like I did ordering a matcha here. I asked if they had a certain cold foam and was laughed at and with a very unprofessional and rude tone in more words was told no. I get to the window and they are all talking about me and laughing at me and silently hand me my drink, slam the window, giggle with each other, and look at me crazy. I was nothing but kind so I have no idea what I could’ve done to warrant this behavior but the two younger women, one of color and one red head working the 2pm shift on March 3rd need some serious customer service skill training. I didn’t drink my drink because I was convinced they did something to it. Will absolutely never be back.

I told the drive-thru worker I was allergic to dairy. When they gave me my latte that I asked for with oat milk, I immediately went into anaphylactic shock, so I knew that they did not make it oat milk. Even if I was not deathly allergic, it is still unethical to charge people for an alternative milk, and then not give it to them. The customer is essentially paying for nothing. They also made my breakfast sandwich with cheese when it said on the label explicitly no cheese. I asked them to remake it. I am sure now that I’ve gotten home and have taken a bite that they only removed the cheese and gave me the same sandwich. My allergy is so severe that I will know immediately if something has dairy in it, and I know when things are cross contaminated. What’s astonishing to me is that at the time we were the only car in the drive thru. The employees who made the drink wasted my time, my money, and now I’m spending my afternoon hunched over the toilet throwing up in between typing this. This is one of the worst allergies I’ve had in a long time. The drive-thru worker was short and rude but at least she put in the order correctly, so I can only blame the barista and the cook. I do want to give a shoutout to the cashier though, he was very nice.

Goodmorning, I am leaving this review only for the sake of improvement in performance and character. I made a stop at Drive Thru for an iced Matcha Latta with Almond Milk and whipped cream. The order was provided to me with 3 squirks of Vanilla with whole milk. So that resulted in a delay with my morning activities to return to the drive through to correct my order. Well, the drink was remade... But delivered to me Hottt . Notice, I stated Cold Latta .. the associate began to argue with a sour personality. She took it back and what appears to me is that upon exchanging the hott drink, she mixed a few iced cubes with it... Upon thanking the associate... Although the whip cream was left off.. she in turned walked away without greeting me and slammed the window... This is usually my morning stop for my husband and I; but after today we will take our business elsewhere.

I have lost over 100$ on coffee that is always messed up, I cannot have sugar so I always order frozen coffee no sugar or liquid sweeteners but add sugar free hazelnut and ever time it is so sweet. When you have it delivered because you can’t drive it is very frustrating!!

My friend and I just sat at the drive-thru window for nearly 10 minutes waiting on my friend’s mobile order of a small iced chai latte, that we had to remind them of more than once. The workers were incredibly rude to us, and wouldn’t even look at us after we were waiting for several minutes at the window. They also never offered any apologies or anything for having us wait so long, and not to mention the line of cars waiting along with us. Poor service and poor attitudes from the women working, almost as if they didn’t fill out the job application to work there? If they are as miserable as they seem, those girls need to find a new job.
