Waited 6 minutes at the window for my loaded hashbrowns just for them to taste bad and be soggy. Then the conversations I was hearing at the window was crazy just cussing and not being professional. Idk to pay 5 dollars for hashbrown slop is just irritating especially when you had to wait a crazy amount of time for that nasty shit.

I usually go in the am on my way to work but today I decided to stop by for a dunkin energy after work. The guy at the window made my day honestly. He asked me how my day was going. In the mornings the drive thru line is usually too long for pleasantries. I’ll definitely be back in the evening again. No matter what time of day I go, my order is always perfect and ready quickly after ordering. Thank you broad street location for being so friendly.

The service at this Dunkin Donuts is the worst. It seems like they are too busy with their personal lives to wait on you. Feel unwelcome and not like a valued customer. My orders have been wrong several times and they didn't seem to care. Will not be going back to this Dunkin Donuts. Very disappointing because I do like the food.
