This may be the worst location in Chattanooga. I received two wraps that were a mess, with sauce all over the bag. When I asked to speak to the manager, he got angry and started throwing things around in the kitchen, making a scene and acting very unprofessionally. If you decide to visit this place, be prepared for a frustrating experience, especially if you end up waiting in the drive-thru.

Mangers are RUDE! and treat crew members like there nothing . The mangers have no common courtesy and no manners whatsoever on night shift . When I ordered my drink they the manger was being mean to her co worker she acted rude towards me and asked me if I had a job ? After telling her to be nice to her employees

I use to be a starbies girlie until I began boycotting them.
I use to also be disappointed in Dunkin as I thought they weren’t consistent.
This location is ALWAYS on their best performance, very clean, and very professional. I always go through the drive through around lunch, and the ladies are always so sweet!
I believe I have been converted.

Each time we order at this location, there is something wrong with the order.
On various occasions, my husband and I received a macchiato with oat milk instead of almond milk and no flavor, a Boston Kreme donut rather than Bavarian Creme, and multiple times a sandwich has come with items on it there were supposed to be subbed out.
On each of these orders, we clearly indicated our desired food/drink in the mobile app, but unfortunately there is at least one thing wrong with each order we place.

First time here, I walked in with a smile and I say hello, not one person responded back. First and last time I will come back here. I went and sat in my car, didn't want to eat in here.

It took so long just to get our food and when I got our food, they literally gave me a chicken biscuit when I asked for a bagel. How in the world do you get chicken biscuit out bagel. Definitely check your order before you leave.

The lady in the morning wearing the long skirt did not change her gloves after handling the money. She went straight from taking my cash back to the food and preparing orders. And she got my food wrong. I will not be back!! How gross!!

im not sure if these folks arent getting paid enough or what but why was the dude in the back getting an attitude with me when i was just checking in on my two food items after 30 minutes.. long enough to get my coffee and finish it like yall be so worried about drive times yall forget about folks in the store… smh

I've never left a review before, but this place is so frustrating. Every time I order, something is wrong. They constantly forget the bacon on my avocado toast, and today they forgot another item entirely but still charged me for everything. I’m done with this location.

I usually love this dunkin but ever since the remodel the staff has honestly went down hill. Today was my final straw. We made a mobile order and when we go around to the window we waited 5 minutes before anyone opened the window. The guy assumed we were another person in line and tried to give us a sweet tea so we let him know we had the mobile order but then he kept coming to the window saying they were out of everything. After substituting several items he came back and gave my husband assorted munchkins. The employee had handed it to us and shut the window so we waited for him to come back to ask why we received assorted munchkins when we ordered just glazed, he claimed they were out and that this store only does assorted munchkins. The lack of communication was insane and I understand being out of things but just handing us stuff we didn’t order is unacceptable.

For years, I’ve been coming to this Dunkin on my way home from my weekly appointment and this food was consistently good. I always get snacking bacon and a sandwich. Recently I got my order and my bacon was physically cold to the touch and limp. I went back to visual drive-through to ask for help or new bacon and a really rude woman on the Speaker informed me that it was “against company policy” to serve bacon hot and that it had to be cold and she told me I had to wait 20 minutes for new bacon so they could let it get cold before she gave it to me. totally bizarre and again I’ve never experienced this multiple years coming here

They will say hello when you walk in but they don't mean it. The staff is so rude. I've yet met anyone there who wasn't. But love the doughnuts.
