Went by for a mid-afternoon coffee. Was the only one in the line and ordered a medium iced coffee. Waited 10 minutes for someone to even come to the window. When they finally did they checked me out and didn’t say anything about the coffee. Waited another 8 minutes to be given the coffee. No explanation on what took so long. Three women were working at the time and each walked by glaring at us in the car but never checked in. When I finally got my coffee they all BURST OUT IN LAUGHTER before I even drove away.

The workers are never rude, sometimes polite. It is frustrating at this location though. Something in my order is always forgotten and I've lost a good amount of money going to this location because of it. They do get your mobile order out fast, but if you placed it and drove 8 minutes to get it, it will be cold and they will give it to you cold and stale. Even if I pay for extra whipped cream or cold foam, it will not be there, guaranteed. I always thought maybe it was because, in those 8 minutes of getting there, it melted into the drink...but I mobile ordered while I was in the parking lot and went to get it a couple of minutes later...and it still had no toppings (That I paid extra for).

The new staff is slow, rude, and doesn’t know how to make coffee. Every time I’ve ordered recently, my coffee has been wrong. Too much cream/syrup, not enough cream/syrup, or adding sugar when I ordered my coffee without. Whenever I ask them to fix my coffee, they argue that they made it correctly. I order the same drink every time, at every location I’ve ever been to and for some reason these ladies can’t get it right. I enjoyed this location for 7 years, but I’m officially giving up.

I don’t like leaving one star reviews but felt like one was due as this had been a trend here now. When you pull up to the drive through and are greeted with “give me just a moment.” It definitely makes you want to spend your money elsewhere. Communication is important and clearly the manager and employees aren’t doing it well with each other because they aren’t doing it well with customers…
