My friend ordered a frappe with whipped cream in drive- though but when we came around for pickup, it was iced coffee which was not what she ordered . By the time the order was corrected by the 3rd person, the original cashier just handed me the coffee and shut the drive though window without saying a word. I could tell she was very angry so I just said God bless you. I told my friend I would be scared to drink the frappe .

I was having a really bad day and all I wanted was a sweet green tea. After sitting at the window for 5+ minutes, I’m finally greeted and quickly place my order. I get to the window and the cashier hands me (what is obviously) and brown/regular tea. Before I even took the drink I explained it was not made correctly (green tea is green y’all) the cashier gaslighted me and told me that yes in it was green tea. So I took the drink and took and quick sip before handing it back and explaining—shocker it was not made correctly. The cashier is getting irritated with me at this point, takes my drink and someone else returns with a more greenish brown tea. It looks like half and half green and unsweetened tea. I explain I need SWEET GREEN TEA and they re make it again. The 3rd time I am given an unsweetened green tea and I leave. That drink went in the trash along with my money. I’ll never return.
