My friend ordered a frappe with whipped cream in drive- though but when we came around for pickup, it was iced coffee which was not what she ordered . By the time the order was corrected by the 3rd person, the original cashier just handed me the coffee and shut the drive though window without saying a word. I could tell she was very angry so I just said God bless you. I told my friend I would be scared to drink the frappe .

This Dunkin is maybe twenty seconds down the road from my work and they are the best. They always have my order right and are very personable. Even when they are busy, they make sure to have your food ready for you. Thank y’all for being the best!

The nice young gentleman was very sweet. I was a bit upset they were out of the Halloween bucket already for the munchkins. Seems like Dunkin needs to really mass produce those because all the Dunkin Donuts in my area are out after only a couple days.
