They most likely hired someone new we were in the drive thru with my husband and he asked for me as a lactose intolerant person a coffee with almond milk like we usually do. the person said we could NOT get almond milk and told my husband to Be a Big Boy and drink real milk. super rude and terrible costumer service we never had a problem here before Please Fire this awful worker this happened Saturday the 5th at 4:20pm we couldn’t get any coffee and got treated this way. Just awful

We love the coffee and the refreshers. The staff goes out of their way consistently to be unfriendly and are annoyed when you have questions. Nya was a perfect example of that today. Starbucks at least is friendly.

Drive thru employee is very rude! Twice in one week, same employee - same attitude! First visit, she wouldn’t hold the credit card machine past the edge of the window so I could reach it. I told her I couldn’t reach it, she looked annoyed and moved it to the edge of the window. The credit card machine is on a stick handle that could reach all the way to my car. Ignorant! Never spoke a single word to me. Second visit, paying with the app, I have to put my phone almost inside the window to pay. She didn’t say a word to me until she handed me the wrong order. Then she rolled her eyes at me and hands me another bag and says hear ya go.. Terrible customer experience! She shouldn’t be customer facing..

I can’t say enough good things about Dunkin’! Every time I stop by, it’s not just about grabbing a coffee or a donut—it’s the experience. The staff is always so personable, welcoming me with a smile and somehow remembering my usual order (which honestly makes my day). They keep the vibe light, friendly, and fast-paced in the best way.
The drinks are always on point—whether it’s a classic iced coffee or one of their seasonal creations. And don’t get me started on the donuts—fresh, soft, and perfect every time, POWDERED!!! Plus, they’re always super accommodating if I ever have a special request or need something switched up they are the first to do it without hesitation. Tracy is Amazing and makes the BEST hot OG coffee.
There’s just something about the energy at THIS Dunkin’. It doesn’t feel like just a coffee run—it feels like you’re stopping by to see some familiar faces who genuinely care about giving you a great experience. Passing through Chattanooga again and Dunkin' my favorite coffee place there. Made sure to pick up some blueberry munchkins (donut holes) with our coffee. Flavorable way to enjoy a little more pick up and go while on the road.
I waited 15 minutes in line for a medium cup of oat milk… I don’t think there was any coffee in it. It was so light and had no flavor.

My husband and I have been going to this dunkin for going on 3 years. It’s by our house and it has always been superior to any other Dunkin I have been through until today. My husband and I were trying to place a mobile order and as we got in the line, the payment was not loading so we pulled to the side out of the way. Multiple people passed us by and were able to order. After about 1 minute of being parked a man approached our car and said we needed to move, because we were blocking his drive through in a very rude manner. The situation could have been handled differently, but he chose to be prideful and angry. We let the sweet worker at the window know that he needed to watch his tone. You never know someone’s situation and you could be the one positive to their day. What if I had been on the phone with a sickly family member or worse. His words and reaction could have ruined my day completely. I have always been a fan of this Dunkin in particular, but the manager or owner needs to do better.
