My husband and I have been going to this dunkin for going on 3 years. It’s by our house and it has always been superior to any other Dunkin I have been through until today. My husband and I were trying to place a mobile order and as we got in the line, the payment was not loading so we pulled to the side out of the way. Multiple people passed us by and were able to order. After about 1 minute of being parked a man approached our car and said we needed to move, because we were blocking his drive through in a very rude manner. The situation could have been handled differently, but he chose to be prideful and angry. We let the sweet worker at the window know that he needed to watch his tone. You never know someone’s situation and you could be the one positive to their day. What if I had been on the phone with a sickly family member or worse. His words and reaction could have ruined my day completely. I have always been a fan of this Dunkin in particular, but the manager or owner needs to do better.

Waited in the drive thru to order coffee for my lady after we had left an appointment.. a few cars in.. ordered.. waited.. got to the window and waited... and waited... Standing there.. ice coffee on drive thru counter another in hand.. two people obviously confused.. as another walked passed.. "Excuse us.. we'll be with you in a second"... And waited.. for what seemed to be a 13-15 minute experience.. and still hadn't received my order... Coffee.. hot.. double cream.. How hard is that ?? It's supposed to be a coffee shop.. or is it a doughnut shop ?? I thought... "Krispy Kreme".. made the doughnuts.. Figure it out !!! So.. we left there.. without getting the coffee that I had ordered.. and went to Bojangles.. for a southern delight.. biscuit with a.. "COFFEE" ☕

Ordered regular coffee, Mocha, and a donut. Poor selection on the donuts. Got to the window, only got the mocha, they said it was coffee, so asked for the mocha. Got it, paid, left and discovered the 1st was also a mocha. Based on the donuts, glad they changed the name. May need to drop "Dunkin'".

I do not crave a doughnut often. I have tried this location a few times. They never gave what you request. Tonight I ordered an alternative and munchkin pack. The order was wrong on the one doughnut I ordered. They were all stale. I had to throw them out.

I guess it all depends on who is there, pertaining to the service you receive. Several of the baristas, more than few get offended❗️When you politely ask, could you please remake my coffee. If you ask, is there is enough sugar In the dispenser you get an attitude from that. I was told by polite barista’s, at other locations that the sugar could be low or empty in the dispenser. If your coffee isn’t the taste that it Normally is. The rude and baffled expression, I receive after I politely ask is a condensing response or a How dare you ask look⁉️ There are more than a few. Who has a MAJOR problem when you ask for your coffee to be remade. If t is remade the passive aggressive mannerisms are on full display. I was just in there for more than 15 minutes for one cup of coffee. No sorry about the wait, or polite smile. I asked for my coffee to be remade with a cream on the side I didn’t get my cream I had to ask for it again, after I had to politely asked the GM for my coffee to be remade. He heard me ask if i can I please have the creamer on the side. Of course, he gave me my coffee without the creamer that was another additional five minutes on top of the 15+ that I was in there . Once my coffee was finally remade you would’ve thought, I walked out of there without paying for it . The way the GM Looked. I took a three week break from there, a while back. I need to discontinue my trips in general.. iI never receive such service in the Hixson location, Highway 58 or Ooltewah. They also have a smile on their face when they hand you the coffee. When I come across a cheerful, kind barista. You don’t know, just how grateful I am. Only if the new GM at this location smiled. God bless the barista who Love their job .

The customer service is not as good as it used to be. I asked a clariying question and the girl over spoke saying yes anything else? That’s so rude. I wish they had another store in e. Brainerd. I used to go everyday but I go extra for weeks now.
This place is a wreck, employees are rude, they don’t order the supplies they need to make orders. Start over at this location.

The manager was trash this morning. He refused to sale me egg and cheese bagel ? he said it was impossible for him to sale a bagel without bacon. I was willing to pay full price to leave the bacon out but he said no lol

Took 15 min to get my bagel, then found out cream cheese is a separate purchase and it took them another 15 min to get the cream cheese package out of the fridge and place it on the corner- at that point I was late and did not have time to eat the cold bagel.
