Besides being out of lots of donuts at just 10am (glazed, jelly & more but I learned they no longer make the donuts in house which is sad), Ashley and her crew cranked out my slightly big order of 4 fancy drinks & 2 dozen.

I quite Amazon, Walmart, dollar general, dollar tree, McDonald’s, Burger King and Taco Bell because of poor quality service and goods. I am now done with DD

i spent $33 just to get my food COLD and my drinks WATERED DOWN. Got a mobile order and checked in inside then waited THIRTY MINUTES just to have to go back up front to check and have them tell me that it’s already ready, MIND YOU the store wasn’t busy at all. NOT ONE SINGLE WORKER in that store bothered to let us know anything was ready, we didn’t even get a notification from the app. worst costumer service i have ever experienced.

attempted to order a “large got decaf” apparently that was too confusing for the barista. she very rudely interrupted me to ask what i was talking about (maybe in terms of coffee or tea?), i answered back coffee and TRIED to go on with my order. apparently she doesn’t know what creamer or splenda is. anyways. i pull up to the drive through window, where a black man (no name tag) said that there was no need for us to be so rude and that there was no need for us to talk like that to the barista. how hard is it to order a coffee at a coffee shop? very unprofessional and SO rude. tried to call the shop to get to the manager after this happened, and no one answered. shocker. the employees are too busy verbally assaulting customers in the drive through window to answer the phone. very unsatisfied, scary, and disappointed. do better dunkin.

Some black guy was very insulted or annoyed with me ordering a dozen doughnuts. I don't think I said anything out of the way or offensive, but he sure seemed upset with me. The young Asian-looking girl in the window was very kind, but the gentleman ruined it for me.

My husband just visited this location. Came home with nothing because no one offered to help. 3 workers behind the counter, one looked at him and turned back around. 2 at the drive thru, 2 on break. He was the only customer in the store! He finally called the office, left a message which he could hear on speaker about being there for over 5 minutes with no help and left.
