Dear Dunkin’

The drive through, hand over to the customer, credit card reader is dumb and an inconvenience. Instead of investing in this technology so you can solicit tips for your employees you should have invested that money into paying them better. It is clunky, inconvenient, and a down right road block to the reason for a drive through window…promptness and convenience for those on a commute. Please get rid of these.

I am EBF and my son has a cows milk allergy. I specifically asked for an iced coffee with oatmilk, liquid sugar and sugar free vanilla shots for flavoring. The sugar free vanilla shots are dairy free where as the French vanilla swirl has dairy. The lady taking my order at drive through had french vanilla swirl on the screen, I clarified it needed to be the sugar free vanilla because of the allergy. Now today my son has blood in his diaper. This dunkin is the only place I could've gotten dairy as I am super strict on what I consume. Thanks.

Definitely digging this Bacon Jam Grilled cheese; however, I have never been stirred wrong by getting anything from here. This location is definitely top notch and the staff is some of the best!

Best location in Chattanooga! Everyone is so sweet and my order is made consistently every visit! You can’t say that for most coffee shops! Kay makes my morning! She knows my name and my order. 10/10 recommend!

I've never been asked to give a tip in a FAST FOOD drive-through, and I'll be sure it won't ever happen again by not coming back.

There was a short while a few months back that this DD location became questionable but I'm a loyal customer and understand everything good takes time to perfect. I'm satisfied as I can be with the Hixson location now. I am there almost everyday. The staff are friendly and I love that they are knowledgeable in how to make a good cup of Joe.

Besides being out of lots of donuts at just 10am (glazed, jelly & more but I learned they no longer make the donuts in house which is sad), Ashley and her crew cranked out my slightly big order of 4 fancy drinks & 2 dozen.

i spent $33 just to get my food COLD and my drinks WATERED DOWN. Got a mobile order and checked in inside then waited THIRTY MINUTES just to have to go back up front to check and have them tell me that it’s already ready, MIND YOU the store wasn’t busy at all. NOT ONE SINGLE WORKER in that store bothered to let us know anything was ready, we didn’t even get a notification from the app. worst costumer service i have ever experienced.

attempted to order a “large got decaf” apparently that was too confusing for the barista. she very rudely interrupted me to ask what i was talking about (maybe in terms of coffee or tea?), i answered back coffee and TRIED to go on with my order. apparently she doesn’t know what creamer or splenda is. anyways. i pull up to the drive through window, where a black man (no name tag) said that there was no need for us to be so rude and that there was no need for us to talk like that to the barista. how hard is it to order a coffee at a coffee shop? very unprofessional and SO rude. tried to call the shop to get to the manager after this happened, and no one answered. shocker. the employees are too busy verbally assaulting customers in the drive through window to answer the phone. very unsatisfied, scary, and disappointed. do better dunkin.
