The Easy Bistro is our go to for delightful cocktails, appetizers, and dinner. The happy hour oyster selection is wonderful. The chicken liver pate exceptional and all of our dinner selections have been truly delicious. Don't miss this one.

Holy cow, what a treat! We didn’t have any expectations coming in but we had a spectacular experience with both the food and service. The hostess brought us water when the servers were busy and other staff checked on us regularly even though they seemed short staffed. Our server was super friendly and helped make suggestions and coursed out our meal. Highlights from our dinner included: squash soup, baked oysters, steak, and Gramigna pasta. The desserts and mocktails were also great. Everything was well-seasoned and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend!

Response - I’m speaking to my experience which is what a review is for - I didn’t know that leaving my honest experience at your restaurant would lead to being insulted and gaslit.
The comment about me only going once - that’s a joke. How many times do you need me to go back and have more bad meals before I’m allowed to leave a review that’s validated by you? That’s rhetorical.
I never stated nor insinuated that I’m a food expert - that was your completely unveiled insult towards honest feedback and patrons of your restaurants that don’t buy into your delusion. I don’t need to be a food critic to understand that your food is offensively salty as is your attitude towards feedback. I don’t need a response - thanks.
Original Post - The atmosphere is very nice - modern elegant. The service was attentive and very pleasant. The food was really not good. We had 3 appetizers, 2 pastas, full chicken, the steak, 2 sides and 2 desserts. The pasta was dried out then cooked and served, overly chewy in certain places - not al dente - like licorice chewy and super salty. The steak was over salted, then the sauce they put on it was over salted, the full chicken was over salted, all the pastas were over salted. I think you get the point. Maybe an off night but after spending almost $350 for me and my 2 kids I’d never go back to this restaurant and have no idea how they got a Michelin recommendation.

Michelin star bistro and it shows. Everything from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was perfect. I made a mistake on our res, but they graciously and gracefully took care of us...on a busy Friday night. Our server was outstanding and was on top of everything all the time. We had the pasta, the short ribs, the spaghetti squash and the poached shrimp. It was all perfect. We sat at the oyster bar and had nice conversations with the chefs. Great atmosphere—lively, but still “talkable”. It’s across the street from the Hotel Clemons where we stayed. Awesome experience—highly recommend!

We had the Chef's choice on Friday evening after Thanksgiving. I was expecting a great experience. It was quite the let down. The best item we ate was not even on the Chef's choice. It was the raw oysters which we ordered separately. The starters were okay but as the meal went on it went down hill with the salad course. The main was chicken and a lamb shank that was too sweet. I was expecting more seafood and there was a little shrimp in the pasta dish. The meal ended with desert which the pumpkin tart was very good. The cheux pastry was burnt with the coffee ice cream. I was expecting quite a bit more for the price we paid. We ate at Aleia last year at it was amazing. This was a disappointment.

Enjoyed a mid week meal with friends. Easy Bistro offers fantastic food and high visibility. For my first time, we sat in the main dining area, other visits were in the more private back room. Our party of four shared plates and easily satisfied ourselves. Conversation was louder in the main area where action dominates. Watching the service and all the plates pass by was far more interesting, for me. A great place to see and be seen. Congratulations on recent recognition Easy B.

Food was great just as so many people said in town. Just realize that they charge 15% across the board, not just on alcoholic beverages. I didn’t realize it until afterwards I did the math MYSELF … after I had already left 20% tip. ITS NOT BROKEN DOWN FOR YOU.
It’s very misleading, it needs to be more clear, especially for people who dont frequent Chattanooga restaurants. The next evening we went to a 5 star restaurant near by and it stated clearly in the bill the breakdown of different tax between alcoholic drinks and food. NOT 15% for everything. Does this means they get a refund at the end of the year for all the overpaid tax, yet the restaurant cannot return it to the customer. LOL
Good food, but needs to be transparent on the ticket.
I don’t think I’ve ever had a better meal. Easy Bistro was a last-minute reservation after we spotted their menu online, and deciding to go was easy. Our reservation was for 7:45, and although the place was packed when we arrived, the service was quick and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful with our questions.
We started with cocktails and a dozen oysters (plus a few extras). Then we tried the squash soup—something that sounds simple but was anything but.
For our entrée, we shared the bavette steak, cooked perfectly and incredibly tender. It paired beautifully with the sunchoke grits and sweet potato side.
And of course, we couldn’t leave without dessert, so we ordered two. The profiterole was fantastic, and the crème brûlée had a slight lemony flavor with a great crunch from the sea salt flakes and pistachios on top.
From start to finish, the food kept impressing us and made for a perfect date night.

This is absolutely a five star restaurant. The way that everyone works together is just amazing. Any time we come to Chattanooga I would make this a stop my favorite place to eat.
