We held a wedding rehearsal dinner at Easy Bistro and I cannot say enough good things about the staff, food and drink. Mike and his team were fabulous and very flexible. We arrived over 40 minutes late and had some last-minute food restriction request and they pivoted easily to take care of us. Food was fabulous, many complements to the Chef and staff. I received many kudos from our group for the choice of venue and I would recommend Easy Bistro to everyone.

Love Easy Bistro! We hosted our son and daughter-in-love’s rehearsal dinner here. Mike was so great to work with, it was like planning with a kindred spirit 😊. So much patience, kindness, and communication. The night was absolutely beautiful and everyone was wonderful. Mike checked in several times, waitstaff was friendly and attentive, and the food was out of this world! The chef was so accommodating for our two celiac meals, no one was left out of enjoying the meal. We could not have asked for a lovelier experience. Thank you for making our night so special!
Don't skip the tasting menu! It was amazing to be surprised by 10 wonderful dishes with perfect wine pairings as your server acts as a personal guide through all the wonderful flavors!

We went for dinner, and I ordered the chicken. Unfortunately it came out super dry and hard to eat. When I told them, they came over and asked me how I wanted it prepared which kind of confused me… because aren’t they supposed to know how to prepare the dish lol? It came out a second time and still was dry unfortunately. The rest of the dishes we ordered were also just mediocre, and our bill was over 200 dollars without ordering any alcohol.
Overall, I’d say it’s a fine restaurant but far too expensive for the quality of food.

Easy Bistro, you are always a dream! Chattanooga was on my rotation during 2020 of family to visit during a “work from anywhere” era. Easy Bistro was an adorable find that I happened upon after someone said “Oyster Happy Hour” to my mom. We absolutely L O V E D it. Anytime I’m back in town, I try to carve out a bit of time for at least one cocktail here.

One of the best restaurants in Chattanooga! The food is EXCELLENT and the service is above and beyond. We were even welcomed with a special sign when we went for our anniversary. Everything is super fresh and absolutely delicious, and the vibes (especially in the sunset hour) are just immaculate. My only hope is that they get some better desserts in the future. They’re okay, but could be better. Opt for Clumpies or Hot Chocolatier instead.
