Easy Bistro never misses. I am obsessed with this place and would eat here every night if I could. Easily the best food in Chattanooga. You just know that this place has excellent leadership here because the staff is a well oiled machine. They are all exceptional in their field, whether it’s providing top tier fine dining service, or making the most delicious food, or crafting the best cocktails and mocktails. The staff is so abundantly kind and they seem to genuinely like their jobs because a lot of them stay there for a while. It’s really lovely when they remember your face (and sometimes your allergies too). Even though the food is on the pricey side, you never feel like you got robbed when you eat here. I always feel like the value I get per dollar I spend is well worth it. Will keep coming here again and again for many more years to come.

The menu changes daily, our experience was 10/10. The service was great, we were celebrating a birthday and they added some nice small touches that made it wonderful. The food was incredible.
Good food and good service, but we were extremely uncomfortable that another guest was dressed in a lace top with nothing underneath, completely exposing her upper body. When we contacted the owner, her reply was that it was 2025 and they can't control what other people are wearing. This was disappointing since they advertise that they are an upscale and family friendly restaurant.
Small plates were incredible and the presentation was great. The big meats were okay, but underwhelming.

We haven’t eaten here in three years. Less than optimal visit. The food is expensive, menu more limited especially for vegetarians . Good service but server may be less experienced. Better value elsewhere now that Chattanooga has so many choices. It will be a while before we revisit.

Our new favorite! We stopped in for oysters and came back for dinner the next night. We loved the clean, modern ambiance and chill vibe. Every dish was delightful & delicious. Great selection of oysters, the heirloom tomatoes & stone fruit was so flavorful, the tuna & peaches came with a perfect little punch of spice, rum cake & profiterole were divine! Excellent service, impressive chefs and the jovial teamwork really made it an experience. We’ll be back for our anniversary next year! Thanks for an awesome time!

I highly recommend ordering the 4 course Chef’s Choice and include the wine pairing- more than enough for two people -and well worth it! Make a reservation today!
