Edley's catered our wedding at Waterhouse Pavilion and we couldn't be happier with the food and service they provided! They arrived on time, set up quickly and efficiently, and had more the enough food to keep our 110 guests satisfied. The catering team was also very easy to communicate with throughout the process.

Terrible to say the least. They should only sell cornbread and drinks. Some of the worst BBQ I've had in my life. The brisket was very tough, mac n cheese noodles were overcooked, and baked beans were bland.

If you’re looking for true Southern BBQ perfection, Edley’s is it! The ribs, brisket, and pulled pork are absolutely fantastic — tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every bite tastes like it came straight from a pitmaster’s heart.

The sides are just as memorable — the cheese grits are creamy and rich, the baked beans are smoky and delicious, and the potato salad is the perfect cool, tangy complement to the meal. And just when you think it can’t get any better, the banana pudding arrives — smooth, sweet, and downright outstanding!

The staff is every bit as wonderful as the food — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish.

Five stars all around for amazing food, great service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Edley’s BBQ in Chattanooga is a must-visit!

Edley’s is FANTASTIC! The atmosphere was so relaxing! As soon as my husband and I walked in the front door we knew we made the right choice for somewhere to stop for INCREDIBLE barbecue! Would highly recommend! Incredible customer service and the food is AMAZING! 🤩

Recommended dishes: Brisket Platter

This place came highly recommended by many locals but I was a little let down. Don’t get me wrong- sides were all great, fried pickles amazing but the main dish, brisket for us, was super bland. The sauce on the brisket was good but the meat alone didn’t taste like it had been seasoned even a little. The staff were incredible but it was hard to enjoy with how hot it was inside 😅

Ordered delivery.Most the time its delicious. This time there was no barbq sauce on it .and I ordered sliced brisket they sent me chopped .very dry .
