This place came highly recommended by many locals but I was a little let down. Don’t get me wrong- sides were all great, fried pickles amazing but the main dish, brisket for us, was super bland. The sauce on the brisket was good but the meat alone didn’t taste like it had been seasoned even a little. The staff were incredible but it was hard to enjoy with how hot it was inside 😅

Ordered delivery.Most the time its delicious. This time there was no barbq sauce on it .and I ordered sliced brisket they sent me chopped .very dry .

Wow. Brett, thank you for such amazing service towards my family and I. Not only were the food and service amazing, I truly appreciate how this place shows supports to our veterans. We take trips to Chattanooga maybe twice a year and this was our first time at Edley’s but it most definitely won’t be our last.

It's the best BBQ I've had. Hands down, I'll return again. Sides too were also great! Beans, banana pudding, cheesy grits, mac N cheese... not one disappointed. Ribs were fall-off-the-bone delicious. Brisket was great. Atmosphere, cozy. Service was...adequate, slow maybe. But, the food was so good and the atmosphere was so nice, it had to get 5 stars from me. You walk in, and the place smells so good!

VERY DISAPPOINTED. Ordered 8 smoked wings and got 7 drums and 1 flat. What a bummer. It should be even. I don't like drums.

Stopped in for lunch with the family. We loved the pricing on the kids meals and there was plenty for them! We weren’t sure about the Nashville style barbecue but we ended up being pretty happy with it. Some of the sides were a bit spicy if you are sensitive to spicy foods. Overall we would go back if we were in the area and wanted barbecue.

Simple and very good. I usually do brisket and slaw but I tried the turkey and it's also good.

My only complaint is if you get the single meat dishes, it's not quite enough for a meal. But the platters were very generous.
