So impressed! We ordered the brisket burrito, two tacos and chips and salsa. Everything was so good. Service was excellent and friendly. In photos everything looked a bit small, so I was a bit worried it wouldn't be enough for my husband, but we left super full.

Food was NOT good. Pollo roll tasted like chicken salad with shreds of chicken and mostly mayo tasting stuff. Extremely disappointing. Nothing like what we got when it first opened.

This little restaurant is very delightful and I plan to eat there as often as I can. Not only have they made perfect use of their space, but the management and service is warm and friendly. Oh, and I haven't mentioned the food! Their take on Mexican and BBQ fusion is very tasty. One of the best problems a restaurant can have with a menu is that it is extremely difficult to choose from! If you're looking for a relaxed place to have. a quick lunch, or a nice date, this is a great place to go!

My very first visit here after reading the rave reviews. I ordered the smoked chicken quesadilla, but my order was wrong! I called the restaurant and told the manager. She immediately knew who I was and offered a refund. I declined the refund because I was looking forward to trying this place. I went back and got the quesadilla. It was so delicious! I will definitely be going back. Great food and awesome customer service.

Right out of the gate, this is a good restaurant very worthy of a visit. On a Friday night, we found it odd that is was not busier. I sincerely hope that it catches on and that Chattanooga supports this local restaurant. My wife got the Brisket Tostada and I got the brisket nachos. Both were great! We also got a basket of the Tots. They needed to be cooked longer so next time we are going to ask for extra crispy. Finally, we got the elote (corn) salad. We were expecting it to be hot, like Taco Mamacita but it was not. We found the cold corn to have way too much fake smoke flavor and warm would be way better. So, we will skip the corn next time but everything else was really good. AND, they have CHURROS!! I would encourage you to try it. It's different but we don't need another copy cat restaurant, unique is good. And El BBQ Mexique is Unique.

Wow this place been open for several months but I did not see it. Amazing friendly staff on duty, one location (not a chain). Had the brisket burrito, loved it. Great smoke profile and they smoke it on site!! Sweet beans were sweet and Smokey, mac and cheese was good. I want to go back and try some different items on the menu. Sorry for the bad pictures I got it go and was hungry :). If you like this type of food you should check them out.

The Brisket Tostada was amazing! The Pollo Loco taco was also very good. The bbq sauce definitely has a kick but it's not so hot that you can't enjoy your food.

This will be a new favorite for us. The food as delicious! We had the nachos, brisket tostada, pork sandwich, buffalo mac n cheese ALL delicious. Both the pork and brisket are smoked and great. Our family of four left with full bellies and ready to go back again. Thanks for the great meal!
