I feel like they manipulate the tips on the receipts. The last time I was in there my ticket was $18.30. My final charge would've been a $6.00 tip which I know I didn't give because I wasn't impressed with the service. Should've gotten to go then they wouldn't have felt the need to do that. I had a simple meal with two beers. THATS THEFT! BEWARE !!!

We had a great experience despite the language gap. The waitress said no English, point ?. We did and had no problems ordering. We used Google translate and were able to communicate just fine the rest of the meal. The Choriqueso with chips was excellent. My wife had the Pollo Loco and said it had a good flavor and had just a bit of extra spice to it. I ordered the chicken nachos that could have fed two people, I did my best though. We were supplied with a wire basket with 3 types of salsa to go with the meal. The Charro Beans that came with the meal were very good too. I wouldn't hesitate to stop again or recommend this restaurant, the food and service were great.

It is the first time I visited this place for more than $50dlls for 3 people for a very expensive lunch and I had terrible food, some chicken nachos$13 that only came in one 4 pieces and they were only chips, chicken chimichanga $15 the taste was horrible the oil and a Kids plate $7 plus 3 drinks my coffee $6?

We visited today for the first time. It will not be the last, this place has awesome Mexican food that isn't Tex Mex. We had carne asada street tacos and the fresh corn tortillas were awesome. We ordered the fresh guacamole and it was delicious and chunky, not the usual baby food puree that is often passed as guacamole. We also had the bacon wrapped jalapenos and they were also delicious. This place will be our go to taco joint when we are in the area.

Very poor service time. Everyone watching tv rather than laying attention to the customers. 10 minutes to get drinks, 16 minutes to get chips and salsas d more than 20 minutes past by and no food order. I will never return again.
My husband and I got take out for Valentine’s Day today and I’m very picky. These tacos were SO authentic, fresh and good! The sauces/salsas they had were good too. I think we just found our new favorite local taco place! 10/10!!

I order from this restaurant all the time but the last few times have been bad. Ordered 10 wings with Pollo tacos and was given only 7 wings with soggy tacos. I called to talk to a manager and was told to call back in 10 minutes. When I called back, they picked up,put me on hold then hung the phone up. Every time I called after that, they would pick up the phone and leave it on counter. Could hear conversations in the background and now they won't answer the phone. This is not the response I was looking for being that I spend so much money at this franchise. Will not be going back!

Virtually no service, got my OWN refill even though I'm almost 100% sure customers aren't reading supposed to be behind there. Waitress and hostess never came back to the table food was room temp and they have the nerve to charge for salsa that tastes like pure grass and queso that isn't even hot???

Food was pretty good, however , the lady on the front was extremely rude,I wend And ask her about my check , she said go to the from and wait there .I said excuse me? Which she replied ( can you read? There’s a sign at front that said pay here, I ask to see the manager, and she said he isn’t here now, I said you got no manners and she said I will call the police, ? IDK who’s running this place, clearly not care about their costumers, but I do know who’s Ruining it !!!Is a shame such a nice little place having a person who’s going to take it dawn so badly
