After ordering a cake for birthday celebration one week ahead and paying for it. I was very disappointed that when I go to pickup the order it was no where to be found. Not a sorry or apology was given!! Not coming back after this experience!!

I don't eat deserts from here too often, but that is because I don't want to gain a lot of weight. My favorite item is the cupcakes. They make various different types and are delicious. In fact they make the best cupcakes I have ever tried. I normally don't like those mini cookies that have icing on them, but the theirs they make are the only ones I like. They are even delicious. Anything I have bought here taste great!!!

Cakes are delicious but got a birthday cake and the letters are so crooked! They didn't show me the cake before either it was already tapped up when she gave it to me so I didn't see the letters until I got home.

I got a cake here for my birthday a couple of days ago! It was absolutely beautiful and tasted amazing. It was a pink strawberry cake with pink buttercream frosting. It's almost gone but I definitely plan to get a new one for my next birthday ? ? Thank you federal bake shop!

Their cakes are wonderful. They are so moist. There is always several in their showcase as well as several individual pieces of cake packaged and set on a table opposite the display case. The employees there are always courteous and more than willing to immediately help you, the customer! Best cakes in town!!

We bought a packaged cookies, just heads up THEY HAVE NUTS. Doesn't mention this on the package. We got the flavored ones which they said was strawberry, lemon and vanilla. The strawberry tasted "ok" my daughter said. To me it tasted like they mixed strawberries with shortening/royal icing and buttercream. Lemon frosting- I liked the lemon flavoring they used; I used that in the bakery I worked at. The blue and white tasted like shortening. The cookie itself needed sugar. My daughter can't have nuts so she couldn't weigh in. Definitely wouldn't recommend these cookies. These went straight to the trash. Red velvet cupcake.... lordy, the frosting was hard, I mean hard. This cupcake was soft in the middle, hard on the outside. You could tell it wasn't fresh. Tasted like I was eating fish eggs, trash. Ugg, wish I could have said something btter about this place. The pretzel was not like a preztel at all. It was like a super dry biscuit in a pretzel form. Not chewy, just fell apart.

There are so many thing I love about this bakery! Let’s start with convenience. The selection of grab and go items is awesome. The Individual slices of cake, small packages of cookies, and small loaves of bread make it so easy to run in and quickly be on your way. Perfect for the busy mom or person wanting a last minute work treat. Next the taste. The yeast rolls are melt-in-your mouth flaky goodness. They come packaged in a specialty pan that lets you select however many you want and pop them in the oven for a quick warm up. It was $7.35 for a dozen. My cake was one of their fan favorites - a very light in texture cake topped with a creamy almond flavored icing….delicious! A cake slice is $4.85, with the slice big enough for 2 servings. Located in the shopping plaza next to the Hixson Goodwill, parking is plentiful. They offer custom cakes as well.
