Finally dipped into Figgy’s after a coworker recommended this spot for a sandwich and soup. It did not disappoint. Got the roast beef and chicken/wild rice soup and it was fantastic. They heated the sandwich and it was great. The soup was so warm on a chilly fall day. I will definitely be back!

Turkey sandwich was very bland. The chicken salad sandwich was medicore. Maybe we just ordered the wrong items.

A great sandwich spot in downtown Chattanooga. Every time I go, I have to get my son the special sandwich to go. He loves it! Wonderful staff and food at a great price. ?

Place is good, however everytime I go this lady always seems like she doesn’t want to take any orders, I asked if they had Apple Pay and she sighed and said no, I said I don’t have my wallet therefore she said we can do it.
Sandwiches were adequate. Service not so much.

My friends and I went for lunch and were the only people in there. The lady seemed bothered taking our order, when we asked questions about the menu she only nonverbally responded with a head shake, refusing to make eye contact the entire conversation. There were moments when she turned to the cook and talked down to him which also made us uncomfortable. She was very cordial and genuine with what seemed like one of her regulars who walked in as we were eating our meal.I can’t believe I spent $20 on white bread, turkey, ham, and an extremely uncomfortable dining experience…I would NOT recommend this place being someone who was visiting from out of town, If you want a good food with good service, check out Batam + Biddy!

We'll start with the service.Lines exist for a reason, I don't care if you have a regular and I am not you don't let them cut the line. The food. This is bread and meat they bought from Kroger and then microwaved. Who microwaves bread? It's disgusting and starts melting and the meat isn't even warm.Save yourself the trouble and just spend 5 minutes in the morning making a sandwich it will be identical to this and better if you get some decent bread.

I’m sure the food here is pretty good because women at my job always come here during lunch breaks. However, the second that I step into the front door, the man behind the counter consistently has a change in disposition. He shakes his head and starts mumbling under his breathe. I tried making causal conversation with him, but he was not having it. This as happened three times straight and every time I’ve tried to get a sandwich, the grill is off. So i just get a muffin and go back to work?
