We'll start with the service.Lines exist for a reason, I don't care if you have a regular and I am not you don't let them cut the line.The food.This is bread and meat they bought from Kroger and then microwaved. Who microwaves bread? It's disgusting and starts melting and the meat isn't even warm.Save yourself the trouble and just spend 5 minutes in the morning making a sandwich it will be identical to this and better if you get some decent bread.

I visit Figgy's once a week for lunch with coworkers. The Figgy's special warmed up is my go-to for lunch, and I love the biscuits in the morning. Figgy's is affordable, quick, and delicious!In response to the poor reviews stating the workers are rude... that is very far from true! The staff has a great attitude and is friendly with customers. They are the biggest reason I choose Figgy's over other lunch options near work.

I’m sure the food here is pretty good because women at my job always come here during lunch breaks. However, the second that I step into the front door, the man behind the counter consistently has a change in disposition. He shakes his head and starts mumbling under his breathe. I tried making causal conversation with him, but he was not having it. This as happened three times straight and every time I’ve tried to get a sandwich, the grill is off. So i just get a muffin and go back to work?

Very rude and they clearly don't want business. On several occasions I have walked in just to hear the gentleman behind the counter sound upset that someone is in his restaurant. Absolutely zero people skills. Even if you don't like people, at least keep that opinion yourself. Will never spend a penny in that establishment again!

Decided to try Figgy's on 9/29/23 even though some of the reviews were not great. I read one stating the people who worked there were rude but generally I don't let that deter me from trying a place. Walked over there from my office and they were closed. Strike 1.Tried again and got there just after breakfast. Walked in and was looking at the menu stand and the first thing the lady says is, breakfast is over now. Not hello. Not welcome to Figgy's. Nothing service oriented. It was like a backhanded warning. Like, why are you ordering. Since I hadn't had breakfast yet and still wanted to give the place a shot, I ordered a donut. No thanks for coming. Nothing. Strike 2.Try #3. Looked them up online and found they open at 8am. Called at 815am no answer. Called again at 915am and they lady answered so I walked over there ready to try their breakfast. Walk up to register to order and the lady gave me a hard time about how I ordered. I'm like its my first time so I have no idea how the food comes. I basically said I wanted 2 breakfast sandwiches, one with bacon and one with sausage. She was really nasty about my order. Complained that I didn't tell her if I wanted a bagel, toast, biscuit etc. I completed the order and told her she was rude and was rude the other day I was there too. The guy cooking rolled his eyes as if he was irritated with the lady...like this happens all the time. While I waited I noticed the place was disgustingly dirty and it was dead in there at 930am. Food on all the tables. Dirt and grime of the trash cans as you enter. Dust on the coffee pots looked like the machine hadn't been cleaned in months etc. With no customers I would have my biz spotless. Strike 3.Anyway, this place as is, is not worth a visit. If you're looking for quick affordable breakfast and lunch downtown try Hotel Indigo. I found this place after trying Figgys and its my new go to place. And...they treat you right!

The restaurant was very clean and the service was friendly and quick. The food was incredible and for the price you can’t beat it.
Great place for quick and affordable breakfast and lunch downtown, especially while working at the office. My favorites are the sausage and cheese croissant at breakfast (the best croissant ever) and the chili and cheese hot dog at lunch! Awesome value, and always friendly service!

The service was horrible because they were rude and seemed sleepy. The sandwhich I got was soggy and warm in a weird way. Lost my appetite and almost threw up I would give them 0/5 if I could.

I had coworkers who offered to pick up a sandwich for me from Figgy's (I was working on something) so I accepted. They brought back a roast beef style sandwich on an onion bun and chili. The meat was fair but the bottom bun was hard and rubbery, like it had been microwaved. Not a fan of the sandwich but the chili was decent.

Excellent food, fast and friendly service. Short menu, but they are really good at the items they offer. Turkey Reuben is available if you ask for it and delicious.Only nitpick is the tables sometimes need a little wiping down. We usually do it ourselves.

One of our clients had lunch delivered as a special thank you for services. We had a really nice deli tray with an assortment of sandwiches, fruit, broccoli salad and cole slaw. We loved the entire selection and the tray was well put together. Will definitely eat here again!
