Firehouse Subs Red Bank

Very consistent location, we visit a couple of times a month and it’s always good. I enjoy the meatball sub and the hook & ladder is a great choice also. They have the best quality bread that’s always soft and fresh, which is always a plus. Plenty of parking as well.

Workers were rude to each other. One told another to leave, and they jumped around on orders due to requests. They offered up drinks and chips as compensation. I ordered online and received my one sandwich 20 minutes later than my estimated pickup time.

I absolutely love Firehouse and hate to leave this review but this is the worst firehouse location I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it’s the closest one to my house but I will not be returning. It took 45 minutes to get my food today and this is the third time it’s happened. The manager acts very friendly but doesn’t back it up with service. If the management was better, the place would probably have higher reviews. Super disappointed that I can’t get a good sandwich in a timely manner.

Came in to pick up my order , the person who asked me if I’m here for pick up . I said yes and proceeded to look for my order . She said for who I said my order “said name” and she caught a whole attitude. Of course I ignore the ignorance, and sat down to eat. I watched serval people came in and go their pick up order and she didn’t say anything to them … make me wonder if I was singled out

I came in got the simple French dip it was cold as can be the dip wasn't even hot the meat tasted like canned meat or spam 😬🤦🏻 never again Arby's is my go to always will be
