Came in to pick up my order , the person who asked me if I’m here for pick up . I said yes and proceeded to look for my order . She said for who I said my order “said name” and she caught a whole attitude. Of course I ignore the ignorance, and sat down to eat. I watched serval people came in and go their pick up order and she didn’t say anything to them … make me wonder if I was singled out

I came in got the simple French dip it was cold as can be the dip wasn't even hot the meat tasted like canned meat or spam 😬🤦🏻 never again Arby's is my go to always will be

I would never otherwise take the time to do this— but these folks are awesome. The food is consistently delicious, and the folks here are so friendly. Consistently better than any other Firehouse locations I have been to!

Not only did I have to repeat order it was still repeated to me incorrectly. The music was so loud we couldn't hear each other talking at the table
Then we were graced by employees singing along. PAINFUL!
