The place was filthy, the employees clearly didn't care, the food was barely warm, and my sandwich had more mayonnaise on it than any rational person could ever want.

The prices on your website are false advertisement, if I come inside to order a Sandwich and the prices are not as displayed the same as they are on your website, then you need to reevaluate your business. Nobody wants to go in a restaurant after visiting the website to find out that the prices are not the same from the website as they are in the restaurant that’s bad for business and again it’s false advertisement. That means you’re robin people with their eyes wide open. I suggest you make that change soon as possible before the new year comes in because there will be a lot of upset customers, when they find out That prices are different from the website than in person.

Food was pretty good and loaded. The only disappointment was the chip selection. Not sure if it was an ordering failure or on the supply side. I don’t see Lays not producing BBQ Chips.

Cashier was pleasant. The girl making the sandwiches had a scout on her face the whole time and was moving slower than molasses. The cashier jumped over to help and knocked out several sandwiches before the other girl got anything done. I have never had to wait so long for a sandwich at any firehouse before.

Ordered online and picked it up… didn’t check to make sure the order was correct at the store unfortunately and got home and it was made incorrectly. They added mustard and didn’t add what I requested in the app. I reached out to customer service to try to get a resolution (all I want is the meal made correctly and how I ordered it) but no one has reached out to me to resolve their mistake. I would not recommend eating here.

I ordered meatball sub, it was so delicious that I went back to get another. But I didn't just enjoy the sub, I enjoyed the company of the workers. They are my reason for going further to get the delicious meatballs and their wonderful service. ❤️. THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR A WONDERFUL MEAL, COMPANY AND CONVERSATION. ?

Employees not happy to take an order. Asked for no onions on both sandwiches, both had onions. Not great

I placed an online order and went to go pick it up…the bag was sealed so when I read the ticket I assumed all my items were in the bag. After driving 15min thru traffic and back home I opened my order to find out that half of my order was not in the bag. I have to be at work soon so I attempted to call multiple times and no one would pick up the phone. I was wanted a refund for the potion of my order that was left out. At this point they can keep the money because I shouldn’t have to go all the way back to pick up money or an order that should have been correct. At least make sure all items are in the bag. I tried to correct the issue by calling but still no answer. I didn’t want to leave a review but I guess this is the only way it will be noticed so they can do better in the future…Sandwich I did get was ok but that’s the only reason I’m leaving 2 stars….this was my first and last experience at this location

I came to firehouse for my lunch break, they were very busy. I placed my order and still got it with time to spare. Everyone was very nice and helpful but more than anything I loved hearing their GM's encouragement. She hollered out "great team work guys" and it was nice to see the appreciation they had for one another! Definitely recommend this place
