I ordered a Smoked Turkey & Provolone. It was suppose to come with "smoked turkey breast, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and deli mustard with a pickle spear," all it had on it was one small slice of cheese, a tad of turkey, and mustard.

After paying 36$ for two subs, chips, and a SMALL drink i specifically said no mayonnaise or cranberry sauce TWICE after repeating what i said made my food with everything i said not to have and then proceeded to remake it and it was so cold and resulted in me having the worst stomach ache ever.. could have went to yellow deli and got more food MADE IN HOUSE DAILY for half the price

I went in on Halloween for 2 subs, the first time we ordered my mother went in it was very pleasant and the first women was very nice, but she left the store and checked my order and I realized that the sandwiches were toasted when we didn't ask for it, in which I went in politely said "Excuse me, I had just ordered in here and my sandwichs were toasted, can I get them remade?", in which she says which she as in a different women, "They come toasted, and she didn't ask for it not to be toasted". I who ordered there not to long ago online didn't receive them toasted. And I tell her that, "Well they come toasted but online it different it'll ask, but they come toasted, I'll remake it for you though, but she didn't say anything" in a snarky tone, and I thanked her. another coworker asks what happened and she says "They were toasted and she didn't say anything about it being none toasted", and then ask her if she bothered asking my mom and she gave the same reply, "it comes toasted", if online is asks you, why wouldnt you ask in store if you wanted it toasted? Could've been way nicer and informed me appropriately of the mistake, yet kept on making it out to be a huge issue on their end to remake a sandwich with 4 ingredients including the bread, cheese, ham, and lettuce and another measly like 7 item sub. If you make a mistake might not want to come in around that time cause she'll let you know it was all your fault. And this is coming from another worker in this field who knows all to well about rude costumers, hope she can learn that mistakes are common and common decency is free.

I love this place and have never had anything but positive to say. Unfortunately today at the Hixson store I was shocked. There were a couple very polite young men standing there not sure what to do as an obviously out her mind on drugs woman was frantically wanting to do everything . I saw and felt how uncomfortable the customers and workers felt that had to deal with this. I walked out

Josie and Whisper made our sandwiches perfectly. These were fresh and hot. We haven’t been here in years due to bad management but decided to come back since new management. Josie and Whisper are a breath of fresh air to Firehouse.
