Great breakfast/brunch spot! We’ve never been disappointed with our food. Usually pretty busy but we don’t mind to wait in line!

OMG!! we usually go to hixon. so glad we chose diff! hands down better we will be taking this our fav. service personality of staff especially our waitress JADE knowledgeable and all around a great server!! I also left review on Trip advisor! I hope this place leaves you blessed if u stop we sure we're!!!

I guess I was the first order but my French toast was burnt and my potatoes I was expecting onions and I didn’t have any I was really looking forward to enjoying my breakfast but yeah a 2/5 is fair

Good restaurant for brunch. I ordered an Egg Benedict florentine and it was delicious and feels healthy.

I had never been but heard many raves about it. Took my dad for his birthday and we both loved it so much. 2 days later, my best friend and I went. It’s delicious!

Still haven't fixed it.

They still haven't fixed it.

I've been going here for over a year. It's a great place. And I have asked for them to take care of my one complaint. I would have given 5 stars but I feel like a place that charges a quality food and service price shouldn't have to be asked to do routine maintenance. I don't want to slide sideways and touch the rim of a public toilet every time I use it because you can't be bothered with tightening or replacing what needs maintenance. I cannot hover due to bad knees and I shouldn't have to. I fixed my own toilet seat at home in 3 minutes for less than $10. Why is this so hard? I will happily update to 5 stars if they will invest the time to maintain their facility.

Update: 3 weeks later... Immediately after posting my original review, First Watch contacted me asking for my contact info to connect with me personally. I responded with 24 hours. I still haven't heard from them. 🫤

First Watch is a go-to for us. Two near our house and we stop in at others when we travel. When recently in Chattanooga we thought this one would be another great experience. Sadly, no. Parking is extremely frustrating!! Assigned parking spots for all the businesses in the same building. Not enough assigned for the capacity of First Watch. Will we get towed off? Ticketed?

We were seated quickly and then waited nearly 10 minutes after being seated until we went back to the hostess stand. Another waitress took our drink order. Then another long wait. We finally stopped the hostess as she walked by and she took our food order. Our "server" (Melissa) stops by to apologize and then proceeds to give us an excuse for our wait. She does take responsibility for it. Good on her. But I came in for food and service, not excuses.

Halfway done eating our food (delivered by someone else) before our server stops by again to check on us. I ask for butter for my toast. She provides another excuse why it wasn't provided initially. Then she gives us a pitch for buying a gift card, their "holiday special." Seriously!

Done with my omelette and she arrives with the butter. "Have a great rest of your day," Melissa says with a cheesy smile as we walk out. I hope so, cause the start of our day was very frustrating.

Parking: Free and VERY limited, assigned parking spots for the building.

I’ve been to several First Watch locations and this staff is by far the best. From the beginning , they were all friendly and joking around with our large group. That atmosphere definitely carried over to the food, it was delicious! Been a long time since I’ve seen several staff members with the great culture they have there

Absolutely delicious! Love the online check in process to get you in the door a little quicker because this place stays packed. The original breakfast tacos were so good. Love that they leave the caraff of coffee in the table for you as well. Takes a while for the food to come out but it's worth the wait.
