The parking on this place is an absolute nightmare. Not only are there never any spots available, the actual lot itself is closed off on one side!! I turned around before I could even go in but I’m sure the wait was just as bad.
Pretty good food with some unique options compared to typical breakfast places. It was very liyd and busy which made it a bit of a challenge with my elderly father and aunt but overall a great place.

I didn't even know we had a First Watch in Chattanooga. Turns out, we have three. On Gunbarrel, on the North Shore and in Hixson. I have been wanting to try their Parma Skillet Hash and let me tell you, it is even better than I was anticipating. It comes with 2 eggs (cooked to order), potatoes, mushrooms and a piece of wheat toast. I got my eggs over medium. The combination of all the flavors was heavenly. When you walk in the atmosphere is very cozy and inviting. The staff is very courteous and friendly, but also efficient. It was a very pleasurable experience and I will be going back! Highly recommend! 5 Stars!

It was my first here. And I was not disappointed. The food, service, atmosphere, everything was great. If i had any quarrel with anything it would be the parking, while busy, it was manageable.

Food is good, and low calorie if you're counting calories. It's not going to measure up to it's less healthy counterparts, but it's still good. The building is rather cramped, and seats and tables are packed tightly so it can be a bit uncomfortable depending on where you get seated. The prices are a bit higher than I would've liked, but not terribly unreasonable. Solid 8/10.

Loved our breakfast, the server and all around experience. Their menu is varied and creative. While you can get a typical bacon and eggs breakfast there are also other choices.. creative omlettes, eggs Benedict with a twist, chorizo, etc. We went back twice during our vacation. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
