Pretty good food with some unique options compared to typical breakfast places. It was very liyd and busy which made it a bit of a challenge with my elderly father and aunt but overall a great place.
I didn't even know we had a First Watch in Chattanooga. Turns out, we have three. On Gunbarrel, on the North Shore and in Hixson. I have been wanting to try their Parma Skillet Hash and let me tell you, it is even better than I was anticipating. It comes with 2 eggs (cooked to order), potatoes, mushrooms and a piece of wheat toast. I got my eggs over medium. The combination of all the flavors was heavenly.
