I've been here several times in the past few weeks. Each visit there were mostly different employees working. Every single one of them were working hard and doing a great job interacting with customers. From the greetings the moment we walked in, to the eye contact while picking up food; they are doing a great job. Watched them handle several rushs on our visits, all appeared to be handled professionally. Only issue is some customers leave too much of a mess in the drink and dinning areas and it can get unsightly at times.

I usually avoid Five Guys because of their prices, but when you get your food GOLLEE! All the staff was smiling, moving fast, and kind. And the food! Bag was loaded with piping hot fries, cheese stuck to the foil but peeled right off, and the jalapenos on my sandwich were fresh cut (all my jalapeno lo ers kniw what I'm talking about!). I got a treat myself here more often!

I accidentally ordered food online to the Cleveland location. Justin called Cleveland, canceled the order, and helped me get my food here and not lose my money. Dude was very helpful. 10/10. Give Justin a raise guys.
