I do not like to disparage anyone unless it is warranted and I believe some is in order due to my recent order.
Let me start by saying the customer service is excellent! Friendly and attentive is all I ask for so that I know my food is being handled with love. So kudos for that at this location across the board.
However I found a very tiny, thick hair in my burger last night and was disappointed but not surprised. I think the few times I have walked in I have noticed that people with beards or mustaches have not been wearing any facial covering at all which i’m sure is definitely required when preparing food.
All I ask is you guys receive this feedback with sincerity and not as a simple diss. I love the quality and taste yall bring in a difficult industry as someone who has been through it but I think the standards just need a slight nudge to ensure quality is upheld.
To the workers yall are excellent, but simply ask yourself if you would want to find someone else’s hair in your food. It’s extremely important to keeping reputation which ensures your livelihood with a job.
I know the pay is probably not what you’d want, but coming from another struggling minimum wage worker I simply want quality and safety when paying a lot more for my food and to not feel like my money isn’t going where I want it to getting a Micky D’s level of care.
Beside this issue, you guys are fantastic cooks and get it done and always LOVE the overwhelming amount of fries! Anyone saying yall don’t make quality burgers don’t know jack about a good burger!
Just please make sure you guys follow standard procedures like clean working stations, interchanging gloves regularly, and wearing beard covers properly! That’s all I ask and I know the good stuff will come my way every time.

5 Guys had its day but they’ve lost their appeal. The burgers are dry and flavorless, and I expect a better bun and REAL cheese for a $10+ burger. Their fries used to be fresh and plentiful, and almost a justification for the burger price. I don’t know what’s going on with them now but my order looked like a couple of old batches that were thrown in the fryer for a second coming, they were a fail!! 5 Guys is now the worst most expensive burger meal in town.

I was craving a burger so bad! My husband makes the best but it was 8pm and we didn't have time to go home and grill. So five guys was the next best thing. You can't beat a burger made fresh in front of you with all fresh ingredients. And the fries are so good too.

Took 25 minutes to get food . Just ordered a burger.
I paid $17 for a flavorless cheeseburger and tasteless fries. Staff was nice though, place was pretty dirty. Clothes stuck to the tables and chairs lol. Pretty disappointed. Won't be returning.

Great people working here at this location! All smiles and quick on the food! My first time eating at this location and possibly my last only because I don’t come out that way. Food was great, the people were great, and it was very very clean! No I didn’t look at the score because it was a 100 for me. Bathrooms were clean and the lobby was clean. Everything appeared to be tip top shape!
