I've been here several times in the past few weeks. Each visit there were mostly different employees working. Every single one of them were working hard and doing a great job interacting with customers. From the greetings the moment we walked in, to the eye contact while picking up food; they are doing a great job. Watched them handle several rushs on our visits, all appeared to be handled professionally. Only issue is some customers leave too much of a mess in the drink and dinning areas and it can get unsightly at times.

I usually avoid Five Guys because of their prices, but when you get your food GOLLEE! All the staff was smiling, moving fast, and kind. And the food! Bag was loaded with piping hot fries, cheese stuck to the foil but peeled right off, and the jalapenos on my sandwich were fresh cut (all my jalapeno lo ers kniw what I'm talking about!). I got a treat myself here more often!

Slow AF. They'll make your order one at a time like the grill can't be filled w more burgers. They're truly bad at everything they do. Got nothing to do with being made to order. They just suck at this.
I haven’t been to Five Guys in a while. Today, I stopped in and the staff was so friendly, the place was immaculate. There wasn’t a drop on the front seating floor and the kitchen was in order. I told them it was the cleanest restaurant I’ve ever seen. I also follow the restaurant reports closely every week and know they got 100% the last time. My cheeseburger was fresh and delicious and the fries were hit and crispy. They are working hard!

I do not like to disparage anyone unless it is warranted and I believe some is in order due to my recent order.
Let me start by saying the customer service is excellent! Friendly and attentive is all I ask for so that I know my food is being handled with love. So kudos for that at this location across the board.
However I found a very tiny, thick hair in my burger last night and was disappointed but not surprised. I think the few times I have walked in I have noticed that people with beards or mustaches have not been wearing any facial covering at all which i’m sure is definitely required when preparing food.
All I ask is you guys receive this feedback with sincerity and not as a simple diss. I love the quality and taste yall bring in a difficult industry as someone who has been through it but I think the standards just need a slight nudge to ensure quality is upheld.
To the workers yall are excellent, but simply ask yourself if you would want to find someone else’s hair in your food. It’s extremely important to keeping reputation which ensures your livelihood with a job.
I know the pay is probably not what you’d want, but coming from another struggling minimum wage worker I simply want quality and safety when paying a lot more for my food and to not feel like my money isn’t going where I want it to getting a Micky D’s level of care.
Beside this issue, you guys are fantastic cooks and get it done and always LOVE the overwhelming amount of fries! Anyone saying yall don’t make quality burgers don’t know jack about a good burger!
Just please make sure you guys follow standard procedures like clean working stations, interchanging gloves regularly, and wearing beard covers properly! That’s all I ask and I know the good stuff will come my way every time.
