“Rolling J’s catered my wedding reception in Signal Mountain, TN. We are not local, and I just found them on Facebook and Google! They were very communicative, kind, fun, AND the food was AMAZING. We and all the guests were beyond impressed. By far the best wedding food we’ve ever had, but also some of the best food we’ve ever had all around!!! They showed up on time, set up, and were just such a pleasure to meet and work with. I cannot express how great the food and experience was. CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!!“

Grindhead Coffee is an easy standout in Chattanooga. Even during the day, the theming is awesome and full of character, with a clear nautical influence that makes the space feel creative and intentional without being over the top.
One of the coolest touches is the **custom tabletop games**. They’re a fun, unique addition that gives you something to engage with while you hang out, and it really sets Grindhead apart from a typical coffee shop.
The **merch is legitimately cool**—well-designed and clearly thought out, not just generic logo items.
Most importantly, the **coffee is good**. The drinks are well-crafted and flavorful, with nautical-themed names that tie into the overall concept nicely.
Overall, Grindhead Coffee feels original, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. A great stop whether you’re passing through or looking for a place to slow down and enjoy a solid cup of coffee. ☕️ ⚓️ 🔱“

“I had the fortune of being served by Eric who was manning the truck alone while being bombarded by a line that stretched into the Shady’s Corner Bar. Eric lent me advice - and for a brief moment - gave me a shoulder to lean upon (verbally). Eric’s service alone takes this truck to five (5) stars.
