Food is good enough, but the service could be better. We ordered two coffees with breakfast with one showing up 15 minutes after the check and the other not being made because they were too busy.

We had such a wonderful experience at Frothy Monkey in Chattanooga! The atmosphere was cozy, welcoming, and perfect for brunch or a relaxing meal. But what truly made our visit special was the service.

Our waitress Abbie was absolutely amazing—so friendly, patient, and attentive from beginning to end. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us with the sweetest attitude.

And Taylynn was just as incredible! Super kind, helpful, and full of positive energy. Together they made our meal feel even more enjoyable.

Great food, great vibes, and outstanding service.
Thank you, Abbie and Taylynn, for taking such good care of us! We will definitely be coming back. 💛

Wonderful variety of food with something for everyone! I don’t drink coffee, but their tea options are wonderful. This location has such a warm, cozy vibe perfect for catching up with friends and/or family. It is also close to lots of Chattanooga activities! The staff is kind, especially Abby.

The worst service. Waited 45 min for a coffee it finally arrived with the food just barely warm. Sat for a long time for eggs. Waist of 1 30mjn of our morning

First time in to eat. Can only speak to breakfast.
Boring choices, boring flavors. For something situated at a fantastic location like the Choo Choo. I expected better.
Better service and food .

Everything was just OK…
Not a lot of choices, not a pancake to be found… The specialty latte was just ok too . Not a lot of flavor not a lot of heat. For me, for breakfast, I’m going elsewhere…. Wish I had taken pics…
The biscuit and jam was best part…
Scrambled eggs not fluffy, prepackaged preshaped sausage patties…

Casual, fresh dining at Chattanooga Choo-Choo. When we lived closer to downtown we frequented Frothy Monkey for a meal or simply for a drink; Golden Monkey and Chai’s were our favorites. The menu is now paired down a bit; less offerings especially slimmed down on the desserts yet still tasty and affordable. Our family, 3 generations, recently came here for a birthday celebration. We all enjoyed our meals; kiddos chose breakfast items, I enjoyed a tasty arugula salmon salad; others had a smash burger, gnocchi, turkey club; we all cleared our plates ;-) Good service, pleasant and professional staff (just a little slow, I believe under staffed yet still attentive). I was pleasantly surprised with the affordability!

Save yourself a headache and eat literally anywhere else. Sat outside in the cold (no heating lamps) for over a hour. After ordering. For literal eggs. With zero communication from the staff along the way. Food was not hot when we got it. And had to remind them thrice. About a croissant we had paid for already. Sourdough was ‘the worst bread’ a party member of ours has had. Disappointed.

Food was very bad. Got the Cali Toast, “warm sour dough” was not warm at all. My buddy got bacon, it was the worst bacon I’ve ever had. Very mid restaurant and took FOREVER to receive our food for what it was. Quite disappointing. Don’t recommend.

DONT EAT HERE. The service was comically bad. We had 3 different servers over the course a 2 1/2 hour brunch. They brought the wrong food / missing meals. No apology or remorse from the team. The restaurant was EMPTY yet it took incredibly long.
