Really cute place, yummy coffee, food was one hit and one miss. The chicken fusilli pasta was SO good, but the tofu quinoa was honestly not good at all and I would not recommend it. The tomatoes it was served with came in huge wedges that made up practically half the dish, and it lacked fresh flavor.
The drinks were great, the rosemary honey latte was yummy and the turmeric latte was.. very turmeric!!

I got a pumpkin fig scone and an iced Havana latte all for less than $10 and it was really good! The scone wasn’t the best but the latte was very yummy. The aesthetic of this place is so cute and had very kind and patient staff.

Was in town visiting, and went here everyday! The food and drinks were amazing, but the staff was absolutely fantastic!

I stopped in with high hopes, but unfortunately, Frothy Monkey fell flat. The coffee? Kinda burnt and watery, like it missed both the roast and the pour. No cold foam options or specialty touches that might’ve salvaged it. The “house-made” syrups were overpoweringly sweet—less artisan, more just a cheap sugar rush (like a snow cone syrup).

On the bright side, the place was clean, and the staff member I interacted with was polite and helpful. But cleanliness alone can’t redeem a lackluster coffee experience. If you're hoping for something memorable or elevated, this isn't the spot. Hard pass.

A REAL MIXED BAG !

Great sandwich and an ‘OK’ grilled chicken with salad.

The problems; the grilled chicken salad required a re-do as it was delivered with cheese, after being ordered without cheese due to a lactose intolerance. When it was eventually re-delivered to the table, we felt the chicken was the same as originally supplied, as it was over grilled and chewy. The hot tea ordered was so late we asked for it ‘to-go’ 😳

Service whilst friendly seemed to be ‘distracted’.

Note: this was for a pickup order. I just wish that the person at the register paid more attention to the customer than her phone. It was definitely a big difference in the service standard from the Franklin location

We were excited to come here since ours in Knox went under but this was a horrible experience…the place was dead (1 table had 2 people) other than that completely empty. We sat at the front for 10 mins and had to flag someone down to be seated. (5 employees just walking around and chilling) order taken and not seen again till food came out. (Had to get up to get my own water) 0 sense of urgency and don’t see how a restaurant can stay in business with employees just sitting around and doing everything but serving the customer. Owners should really look into the lack of service here (maybe that’s why it’s dead)

The worst coffee and espresso I have ever had at a restaurant by far

We waited 20min for a table. Not a big deal. Once seated, we were initially greeted but then took another 20min for our server to come back. Over all service was kinda slow start to finish. The lady that i assume was the manager was very friendly and stopped by our table twice to check on us. I saw her visiting other tables as well. All staff we interacted with were very friendly and the atmosphere was very mellow. The food was pretty good and the bloody mary was spot on.

Beautiful space, friendly service. A bit pricey, but I don’t mind that if the food & service is good.

Ordered a bagel but it came out pretty burnt which I was kind of disappointed in. Ate as much as I could.

A bit pricey for Chattanooga, but the food is good, and the outdoor deck is great in good weather. Some decent vegan and vegetarian choices.

Felt the coffee here was OK, but not great. The location felt a bit cold, but that may be because there were so few people in the large space. I would return to try the food and the coffee would be fine especially if food is good.
Small area of parking for togo out front, but like the rest of the area parking during the day is going to cost. I believe most street parking is free in the evening. Lots are a bit more expensive.

Shop is located in old train building that has a number of businesses, but was very quiet and could use a little tlc.

the coffee was good, but the matcha was lacking. there was also plenty of seating and the vibes were nice. lgbtq friendly so that’s a plus ! i wasn’t able to sit down and try the actual food though
