We have been here multiple times traveling through. I like to give folks the benefit of the doubt, but multiple times we have waited absurd amounts of time. Placed an online order. Waited 35 mins PAST when it was told to be ready and left empty handed. Turned out the kitchen was out of gluten free bread and couldn’t make it. The lady up front tried to help and offered a free drink, but that’s not why I was there. So, they refunded and did apologize. I always appreciate an apology, but it was poor communication from the kitchen. (Again, we’ve been here multiple times and slow service is a repeat.)

Sad, just sad. Visiting from New Hampshire. Ordered a Havana Latte and a lemonade. 3 employees were standing around talking and one young lady doing all the drinks. My husband got his lemonade quickly but the latte took forever. 2 employees came over to to ask if I’d been helped, told them just waiting for my coffee. Finally, walked away, not wasting anymore of my vacation time waiting for an 8oz latte. Husband had to tell the lady to cancel the order. It’s fine that I paid for it, you guys really need the money to hire staff to make lattes.

The ambiance is immaculate here. Came in for a peaceful space to do some after hours office work and was treated so well. The cocktails and food here are stellar and their staff is attentive and adorable. I'll be back for sure!

My brother and I had a great breakfast here while in town for my brother’s half Ironman race. We were seated right next to the kitchen and it took me a while to realize there was only ONE COOK in the kitchen! This man, Logan, was poetry in motion! Preparing and getting food out with lightening speed, not compromising on quality.

We waited 45 minutes for coffee and had to beg just to get more water at our table. We came in hoping to order biscuits and gravy, but were told it wasn’t available at 11:00am — not a huge deal, but it definitely started things off on the wrong foot. Our waitress was barely around, and when we asked other staff about our coffee, they said they’d check but never did. When we finally got ahold of our waitress, she blamed the delay on other staff and said it was really backed up... but the restaurant was nearly empty, and we literally watched her make coffee for other tables while ours sat unserved. Other tables received food and drinks before we did and we had been there 30+ minutes longer. The food and coffee were decent, but the service and overall lack of care made this a really poor experience. Not a good brunch for Mother’s Day.

Staff was extremely rude from the time we walked in and out: Waitress took 28 mins to come to table and take our order. As soon as we got our meal another waitress asked if we were ready for our check. My daughter and I looked at each other in complete silence. My order was wrong. Will not return! Mother day weekend 2025

We waited 20 minutes after being sat for the waitress to acknowledge us after walking past us multiple times, and then we waited over 40 minutes for the food to come out. The food was nothing special, nothing worth waiting over an hour for. There was plenty of staff for the amount of customers present, overall a sufferable experience and I would not recommend.

This place isn’t easy go to place for snack sandwich breakfast lunch, and or coffee. What place wouldn’t be cool in it’s located in the Chattanooga choo-choo building? Surrounded cool things and trains. You can’t get a better atmosphere service does take a little longer here so be prepared for slightly longer waitoutside of that you can expect friendly staff and good food.

Has to be the most inefficiently run place I have ever visited. More employees than customers at my time of visit and takes them 30 min to finish the to go order with 2 simple lattes and 2 simple brunch entrees. That’s after arriving 10 minutes later than estimated time. Extremely frustrating when you have somewhere to be, and the customer service is the slowest I have ever seen. It took over 10 minutes to flag someone down about the to go order that I could see sitting there, then they haven’t even started on the drinks yet. It’s a good place if you have no where to be though.

Halle and Kat made the experience amazing. The perfect mix of modern flare and the charm of a train station. It was a great brunch location. The food was excellent. A lot of what they serve is made by Frothy Monkey. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m passing through. I highly recommend it.

I love coming here to study because they have an upstairs section where you can stay as long as you need to. I’ve gotten so many essays done here it’s almost like I am classically conditioned to lock in while I am here. They also have really good food and drinks. I’ve gotten brunch before and it was actually really good. I also enjoy their drinks and all the servers are so nice. Honestly no complaints, love this place in its entirety.
