GAIA is a great little restaurant in an odd location. The serve all your classic Italian foods by the menu or they have a buffet but I am not certain what times it is available. I have only had the pizza which was good, but I would love to try some other options on the menu. They have a nice clean dining area. mostly booths and tables for 4 persons. A large party might be hard to accommodate if they were busy. It's definitely a place I will be trying again.
I had my birthday dinner here. They worked well with us and set up the table for the dinner. They took our orders quick and the food was out quick also. We need extra things for the cake and they provided them. The staff was really helpful.

It was awesome, and the staff was very nice and made sure we had more than enough!!! Will be going back soon!! Btw, the salad bar was one of the nicest I have seen in a very long time!!!
