Apparently with the new ownership their prices have went up and portions went down. I ordered a Philly and asked for water. They gave me a child size cup about 6 Oz for water. I drink more water than that. I use to go there all the time but I guess I have made my last trip.You know if you don't take care of your customers someone else will.

Gondolier Pizza.. “home of the BOGO pizzas”… except when you order from their website? This part isn’t disclosed when ordering a pickup order. Why have a slogan if it only applies half of the time. I paid almost $40 for a single pizza and my partner was given a coupon for 10% off my next order over $20 when asked where the second pizza was when we picked up. I called the restaurant to ask why I was misled and they didn’t pick up the phone. So very disappointing.

Ok… GONDELIERS’s used to be one of my favorite restaurants to go to get a good Greek Salad but now they’ve downsized some of the toppings. The cheese now comes in tiny little squares instead of long strips. I was so dissatisfied when I got home to find that my salad was skimpy. I will never go there again. What they don’t realize is that when you downsize the meals and increase the price… They’ve actually downsized their customers as well!

My wife & I frequent this place ever so often, regularly. She gets spaghetti with meat sauce & I get the House calzone. Food & service has always been great. Most of the time, we call in & pick up to go.

I and our church have supported this restaurant for many years so I know what to expect and never felt the need to inspect before leaving. I purchased 20 wings the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. When I opened the foil wrapping on Thursday the wings were obviously overcooked and burnt. I immediately called the restaurant. I was asked my name and was told to bring them back. They couldn’t give a refund but would replace the wings. I did as instructed and EVERY person I spoke with offered nothing! I even waited until the manager, Bernice, returned to work Monday, sent her pictures and was promised a call back. She did call back but with an insinuation that I re-warmed the wings. It’s obvious that the pan had never been warmed! Overall, I am disappointed they didn’t stand behind their work, didn’t replace the wings and insulted my integrity! After all these years, they have lost a loyal customer over 20 wings/$40 refund.

This is how I received my pizza. I haven’t been to Gondolier in a long time because the last time I was their they had a bunch of young teenagers working and the service and food was bad. I see nothing has changed and I will not ever go back. I should have known better when I went in and they didn’t have any customers. This use to be a really good restaurant. Me and my family visited a lot but no more.
