Impossible to get service at the bar. Bar tenders believe they're working at a Michelin star restaurant rather than a pizza by the slice place I suppose given their rude disposition. Arrogant & not helpful in the least as it took 30 minutes just to close my tab but then again, who doesn't love wasting time?

Tevin, the kitchen manager was awesome and extremely supportive of veterans! Quick service and a great atmosphere. We came for Christmas lights nearby and this was the perfect place to stop for a quick bite.

It was 30minutes before closing time and the staff was kind enough to sell my boyfriend and I the breadsticks they had left. The staff was so welcoming regardless of us arriving so close to closing and I greatly appreciated it. I would 100% return again and hopefully not so close to closing haha.

I just wanted to shout out two amazing employees at my favorite local pizzeria, Caleb and Tevin. Their customer service is truly exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. They radiate positivity and make you feel like a valued customer, no matter how busy it gets. I've never had anything less than 100% from them—whether it's a warm welcome, a perfectly prepared pizza, or just their upbeat attitude that makes your day a little brighter. It's clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. Caleb and Tevin are the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly upstairs with an arcade, adult friendly downstairs.

The pizzas are great, but it is unfortunate that the fantastic food is not matched by the level of service. Long queue to order through a single till but with the operator attempting to take telephone orders simultaneously. Good management should have intervened. Similarly, at the bar, the lone bartender had to leave the bar to get draft beer orders. The place felt understaffed. The expectation of a decent tip following a fifteen minute queue and then waiting for the operator to finish his call and the liaise with the kitchen was something of a stretch.

I’m not usually one for leaving bad reviews, and honestly, I don’t think this place deserves one; we just had a bit of a rough experience. I reckon it could be a good learning moment.

So, we arrive, and right off the bat, we’re told we need to show a US ID. Now, I live in the UK, but I’m from Chattanooga and just here visiting family. My friend only had his UK driver’s license, which they wouldn’t accept—they were asking for his passport. Honestly, folks, who carries their passport around in their back pocket? When you’re in a foreign country, that thing’s meant to stay in a safe. Lose it, and you’re in a world of trouble. They wouldn’t even take a photo or a copy of his passport. Just a reminder, in Tennessee, any official government-issued ID (from any country) should be good enough for buying a drink.

So, all in all, please stop expecting foreigners to cart their passports around just to grab a beer. It’s not exactly thoughtful, and it’s definitely not sensible.

It’s not mindful. It’s not demure.
