Hana Steak & Sushi

Service was horrible, salad dressing was mustard, soup flavor wasn’t good, white sauce was spicy and hard to eat, broccoli was burnt. I would not recommend this place.

Run down, food lacks flavor and very over cooked. Fried rice had nothing in it. Refrigerator cold California rolls. Drinks are very watered down even the soda tasted strange. Seemed cheap.

The food was good but the chef was very basic and not outgoing this time. We enjoyed ourselves and will probably be back.

Great food great service.

Our party was 4 adults and a 5 year old. Visited on a Thursday evening.
Nothing special. Sauce used to cook rice had a weird taste and was a bit too salty. Shrimp & scallops were overcooked. Server kept glasses topped off. We got our own carryout boxes. Would find it really difficult to return.

One of the worst sushi places I’ve ever been to. The sushi was drowned in eel sauce, it was room temp, bland, shrimp tempura was burnt, spicy tuna rolls tasted like water with a drop of hot sauce, and all 4 rolls were hard to finish. Overpriced compared to other places and the worst part was it was a complete waste of money.

Upon unwrapping our sliverware we noticed one of the towels contained so much of what I could only assume to be pet hair?!? Soup and salad were disappointing, sushi was okay, and the hibachi was just sad. White sauce had a weird sour taste to it. Service was okay but it just seemed like nobody wanted to be there. Wouldn’t recommend.

No show. I asked the manager if the chefs just stopped doing shows all together and he was like oh so sorry that one didn’t speak English next time let us know you want a show and we will sit you with a chef that does them. Umm that’s literally the whole point of hibachi. Otherwise I would’ve just paid for take out and saved about $50. Very disappointing.

7 people, including 3 kids. Service ok and food seemed good at first. The chef was good with the kids. 2 kids ordered chicken nuggets/fries that didn't come until we told the chef and server twice. The chef was done, all other food served, then the nuggets came. Imagine a young child seeing everyone with food served but they have nothing yet. Robot server was cute but nuggets/fries cold. 3 of the adults ordered steak, 1 chicken plus vegs and fried rice. Those that had steak came down later with nausea and diarrhea. One older adult severe, requiring medical attention.

I genuinely love this place, sometimes I'll come every week with my friend. The food is usually good, but sometimes it's bland. It really just depends on the chef. Today we came in and got Jose. I've had him a few times before and he's the best one. Service is usually good. I've also had our server Brandi several times and she's always sweet and on top of things. I will say there was one time I had a bad waiter, but most of the servers are good. Despite some of the short comings, this place is still my favorite hibachi place in Chatt and I'd recommend to anyone.
