We came here years ago and food was good, but we both thought quality of sushi and hibachi has definitely dropped. Over cooked my filet which tasted awful, shrimp was dry, veggies not cooked and was smallest portion I had ever received. Not sure what dressing was on the salad, tasted like a mayo base? Atmosphere was dull besides the robot and the hibachi chef seemed like he hated his job. Save yourself the money and try somewhere else. This place needs an overhaul.

When I came in It was nice up in till the waitress came she had a HORRIBLE attitude problem. Me coming form a family who speaks little English tried my BEST to translate but the waitress would NOT listen and was not patient AT ALL with my non American family me and my family were utterly speechless with this treatment THEN came the cook and the food also at first the cook was fine up In till we asked if the kids food that we ordered came from the back or was cooked in front of us he told us that “he didn’t know” so when all of our food was distributed STILL my little brother was was left WITH OUT his kids meal he was about to cry because of it but my mom calmed him down finally we asked the waitress about the kids meal and if when it was gunna come out THE ATTITUDE in what she said was appalling she told us that it should have been given to us she ask the cook and HE SAID that “I gave the kids menu to my mom” THAT HER MEAL WAS THE KIDS MEAL I ask where was MEAL so my mom was left with NO food because she had to share THENNNN the check made us pay MORE then what we were supposed too they charge us for a meal that they DIDNT give us , FINALL thankfully THE BOSS/OWNER fixed SOME of the problems and EVEN THO we didnt like the service AT ALL we were made to pay 100+ tip

Bad service! Bad organization! I came with my family of 5 people, we ordered sushi and dishes to share, which they charged $7 without warning for sharing the dish. They also charged you with a 20% mandatory Tip, which we paid without the waitress and the cook deserve it. I would never return to this place. .

They gave all 5 of us some Manky old dirty menus, not a great first impression.
Then, the guy used his spatula to pull off raw chicken and immediately used it to serve cooked vegetables.
Not impressed.

I was visiting Chattanooga ,we decided to go for my friend Birthday, big mistake..we did the Hibachi grill.my food was extra salty ,and to much sauce,the vegetables was so BURNT,you couldn't tell what they were.i told the waitress, she didn't do anything. We paid ,and i called the manager, he said he would call me back.,when he find out what happened with our dinner He didn't keep his word. Birthday was Ruined.i want ever go back .Worse food I have ever had.

Prices were good, but food was way too salty. The dressing on salad wasn’t ginger dressing, and they don’t have teriyaki sauce??? I was so confused. Won’t be back. Only thing great was the price.

The place has fallen so far I don't know if its a staffing problem, training, or quality of food but the steak was awful the rice was under cooked and the service wasn't any.
