First, I'd like to share how amazing Hand Up's clothing is for riding, hanging or everyday wear. The AT+ shorts are a perfect length and flexible in all the right places. The Activi-tees are loose fitting, stylish and comfy to wear. The cherry on top being they are affordable compared to every other brand out there that wants to charge you $100 for a pair of shorts.
Second, their customer service is top notch. I've been in there 3 times, always greeted with a smile and helped in any way they could. My last visit, I had a button come off one pair of shorts I had recently purchased and not only did they exchange the shorts, they let me keep my other pair. No questions asked. Customer service doesn't exist like that these days. Go see these guys and gals for whatever you need to ride in! Really cool company.

All in all my experience has been positive with Hand Up. I have a number of their products. I bought this golf glove for my son and he used it twice before the letters started to disappear. A bit disappointed with this particular product.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered a golf glove that was described as “100% Leather” when I received the glove it is plastic, the label on it even says “100% Polyurethane”. When I went to return it the company wants to charge me for shipping. When I brought my concerns to customer service I was met with rudeness and attitude. Terrible company that will not succeed when they lie about their products and treat customers poorly. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered golf gloves that stated "100% SuperSoft Leather" on the website. When I received the gloves the tag on the inside of the gloves said "100% polyurethane".When I reached out to support they admitted that the website and packaging were for a previous generation of the gloves not for the current one they are shipping.When I requested a refund they said they would deduct shipping unless I chose store credit. When I stated that I wanted my full refund to my original payment due to the fact that the website and packaging were 100% incorrect and misleading as to what is being shipped - they stated their system wouldn't allow it.Unhappily I proceeded with the refund and lost money due to their misleading/false advertising.Would not order again due to their business practices.

I found this company by watching YouTubers who mountain bike. I ordered a pair of gloves and decided to return them once I received them, so that I could get another pair with a different pattern. I went ahead and ordered the second pair before finding out that the shop was located in my city right down the street from where I work. I went in to the store the next day. They processed my return then went into the back and found the gloves they were about to ship me and gave them to me right there. They also refunded the shipping fee for the second pair of gloves. The associate I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. I will be coming here for all my gloves in the future. I highly recommend Handup Gloves.
