My family and I went through the drive thru on Saturday to get breakfast. We voiced our order to a female and then a male’s voice confirmed the order but it was incorrect. When my husband repeated our order, the person snapped back with a negative and aggressive tone. When we made it to the window, my husband asked for the manager. My husband then tried to explain that the confirmation of the order was incorrect and the manager interrupted my husband and was rude when talking to my husband. We will not be back and I have already reached out to corporate.

I have never gotten such terrible breakfast or terrible service at a Hardee's before. The biscuits were so hard I could hardly bite into them. They were like... if you cook a biscuit 2 days ago then serve them! I tried to eat the meat alone and ended up just spitting it out and going to a different fast food restaurant. The employees were snappy and rude, as well and wouldn't give us a receipt.

I used to love eating at Hardee’s with my family. The food wasn’t alway first rate but it was never terrible. This time around it kind of was. Chicken biscuits might have not been all the way cooked gravy tasted old. They were only drive thru on top of that. And the service was kind of hateful toward me. I had a biggish order. It made me feel like they did something to the food cause of now having an upset stomach. So I would suggest going here they are not as good and friendly as they used to be.

The employees would not acknowledge the customers in the lobby who needed to order. The employees were just all huddled in the drive thru cursing and mad. Went to the McDonald's next door. This is not the first time the employees were rude and unhelpful and no the lobby and drive thru was not busy. I will never return to this location.

Gross. 1st burger had mold on bun. Replacement burger under cooked was undercooked and bun was tough.
Breakfast was served fresh and hot. Eggs were good and not over cooked and sausage and gravy were excellent.

It’s Hardee’s.. never a nice cashier but the food is always good. When a customer says thank you, say SOMETHING back. Anything. Literally all I ever get from a Hardee’s employee is.. nothing. No smile. Nothing… but it’s ok, because they have country ham and biscuit and biscuit and gravy. Both are SO GOOD.. so I’ll continue to eat breakfast at Hardee’s when I see one near me.

Pulled up to the drive thru and watched the lady in front of me drive off because of something the woman said. When we pulled up there was no greeting, nothing, just a rude “Go Ahead with your order”. There’s a McDonalds next door. Maybe they have more kind and more professional people, give that a shot instead.
