To go order #37705610170375, 12/11/25, 1:43 pm. We ordered inside at counter. Everything went well, very friendly and good service. We ate while driving. Bacon cheeseburger and fries was fine for my wife. My chicken tenders were extremely dry so much I couldn't really eat them for fear of choking! They were obviously old, had been under the warmer lights too long and should have been thrown out. Definitely did not meet my expectations! I provided the exact information you need to make improvements so I hope you do!

Came in at 1030am 11/25/25. Had placed an online order. Very simple, a homestyle loaded breakfast burrito. Thats eggs, cheese, ham, sausage and bacon. With a large drink and large hash rounds.
Was inside in pickup line, behind a group of people whose every order was ridiculously messed up (no egg on egg sandwich, etc). Waited 14-15 minutes (1029am-1044am) received my order. Drink was correct, hash rounds correct. Got to work to devour burrito, annnnnnnd, it was egg, cheese and hash rounds. Lol, no meat. What???
Waste of at least $5 for a blank burrito.
Won't be returning.

When we walked in I felt uneasy, after we ordered, wife went for butter, cook understood but did not get it, asked around four times and no butter what they gave her instead was gravy, lady who took our order got it but did not look good, our Hardy’s experience was ruined

I asked for No SALT on my Fry's ,they were way over salted,the window guy was rude. And have me my food and then an Way OVER FILLED SPRITE THAT SPILLED OUT INSIDE THE CAR AND ON MY LAP AS HE SLAMMED THE WINDOW AND STARTED LAUGHING ABOUT IT!!
The food was awful. For making the ham and cheese to order they were cold and looked like they had been stepped on. The fries were half cooked and cold.

I was enjoying my lunch, great food. Baylee and Aryanna were great and very friendly. The Manager on shift, Ron, created a rude atmosphere. He made a face and rolled his eyes when my mom ordered a Lettuce Wrapped Frisco Burger. He also raised his voice at his employees frequently, in front of many customers.
