I had an issue with an order over the weekend. Come Monday I went to the store and explained my issues. The manager was totally understanding and helped with my order. One of the best customer service related manager. Food was great!

Parking: No issues parking.

Kid-friendliness: Facility is kid friendly.

I came through in the morning went through the drive-through nobody ever come to the microphone then I pull around to the window and they’re standing behind the cup rack hiding I seen one of them run to the back, but they never would come to the window and take an order this has happened twice They’re just not wanting to do their job.

This particular Hardee's has changed a lot over the past years and not for better. The food is still good, the menu has been reduced and the staffing is inadequate.

Robbie was very rude at the drive thru! We pulled up and he stated “welcome to Hardee’s” in a very monotone and dead voice when my mother didn’t respond quickly enough he stated it again more rudely. After we ordered he stated “pull forward” no thank you have a great day nothing! He was very rude if he doesn’t like his job he should quit or Hardee’s as a company should not have him on drive thru put that man in the kitchen where he doesn’t have to deal with customers.

It's a fast food place with no lunch/breakfast overlap. You can get lunch around noon-ish, but not before. On the other hand, you can get breakfast late in the morning.

The place took an hour to prepare my food every person in the drive thru had their food in less that 5 min but when i ordered my food they took atleast 30 minutes js to put the food in the cooker they soon take even more time js walking around the place and because of them we are running late! Absolutely one of my worse experience in hardees this place shouldnt even be called a fast food with how slow they served and cooked my food.

Door dash for these orders here are ridiculous idc what corporate says the person that ordered the doordash is still a paying customer and expects their food in a timely manner not when the store decides to make it I have been standing here for over 15 mins for a doordash the lady with the tattoos on her neck is rude complaing that's there's only 2 people working Hardee's has the longest line and some of the best breakfast for them to be short staffed should not affect the customer period That is management problem the rude mouth and attitude name is Krystal fix the problem or stop service with doordash cause this is wild

I went thru drive thru. I was asked twice for my order. I got to window, they only had part of order. I repeated what I ordered. I paid them for everything. I was told to pull up and wait which I did. I waited and waited, no one came out . After a while I pulled around and parked an went inside. They didn't act like they knew what I was talking about. I finally asked for a refund. They wanted to see a receipt. You don't get a receipt till you get your food which I never did. They refused my request twice. He finally started looking around and found my breakfast sitting there. By this time it was cold. He said " do you want this". I said no and walked out. Bad service. I will not go back
